Subject: Complaint letter for staff misbehavior/Delay my gold account close after one month

I have been an account holder in your bank for the last 5 years. My savings account number [protected] and my Gold A/C No [protected]. I want to bring this to your kind attention that the staff in your bank branch does not behave properly with its valuable customers. They are always busy in their personal gossip/ they speak very harshly whenever we ask them anything/ they do not provide us with the right guidance whenever we need it from their end. Because I visited the home branch 7 to 8 times but bank staff did not close my Gold Loan account. And I am fully paying the Gold Loan already deposited. Bank staff/employee Mr. Prateek not given my Gold Jewellery he said me bank system not proper working and many times said me Bank manager not coming Bank. I have been waiting many times at the bank for 02/03 hours but did not process my gold account close, not processed and not given my Gold Jewellery. They debit amounts from Payoff Source rs -1164 and 995/- and many other amounts debit my savings account.

I am many times requesting for a gold statement but not giving me a proper statement.

My extra debit to my savings account is around 4000/-, he told me your extra amount was refunded but not processed. And only miss guide me, your gold close but not closing after one month.

My total gold loan is 2, 57, 000/- and I am given an extra amount after one year 30, 000/- above so that it does not properly guide me.

They extra debit my account almost 4000/- around. So please refund my amount on an urgent basis.

    I have account with Bank of Baroda, Mittal marg, Fort. Mumbai. I had an F.D which was maturing on 24/07/21 fir two and half lacs..8 sent so many emails to bank tmregarding F.D no reply. Must have sent about 10 emails. No one picks up phone. Very very poor service. I am in U.K and cannot travel to Mumbai due to lockdown. I have lost a lot of interest - a weeks interest due to their poor service.

          I applied for ZOMATO IPO and I wasn't alloted the shares and after that it's been more then 5 days I haven't received my refund. Bank of Baroda has freezed the amount i.e. 14, 820. and it's showing in lien amount option in bank of baroda app. I want you to register a complaint against them and ask them to release my amount.

                Recently i have applied for an IPO ZOMATO company & my IPO application number is [protected] an on 23.07.2021 IPO allotment is out and the status is that t have not received any shares .now everyone gets the refund of there bloked money but i have not received the funds.
                so i requested you to kindly revoked the IPO mandate amount of rs 14820/- as early as possible so that use that money to my other purpose

                        I did the transaction on saturday that is on 17/07/2021 with google pay for the payment of online registration of cet and the particular amount deducted from my account but the registration procedure showed that fees is unpaid and unnecessary amount got deducted i raised complaint on google pay they said to do chrg back file from bob

                          A refund has been made by Grofers on 29th of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the grofers. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                              I was trying to contact BOB Dombivli East branch for long time but they are not responding. So I requested for to close my NRE and NRO accounts with the branch and need to transfer the funds to my NRE NRO accounts with the same bank another branch at Ottapalam.
                              Send several complaints but no response.
                              Seek your urgent action to sort out the issues since Iam in Saudi Arabia.

                                  I used my indusind bank ATM card in Bank of baroda ATM machine (At Kirti Nagar) delhi for withdraw cash 5000rs. On[protected] time 4:58. At that time but I didn't receive cash of 5000 rs. From ATM machine of BOB.
                                  In ATM machine shows massage "transaction decline" after that I got SMS from indusind bank that 5000rs. Debited from my account/balance. Means 5000rs. Deducted from my account but I didn't get any money.
                                  Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                      Very much pathetic service & response given by customer care (Miss Pavni-Mumbai). A day before yesterday i made a payment of my bob credit card online through HDFC net-banking. but still its not reflecting even after 48hours.
