    Respected sir, (Date of insident-7/08/2021 &09/08/2021)
    With reference to the subject matter referred here above, and in deserving reply to personal conversation with Branch Manager -Dasharath Branch, I am feeling very disappointed and frustrated with the customer service and reply of the Manager of the Branch to convey that with regard to customer services and working hours, the Branch is not observing norms.Following particulars may be relevant:
    1.We have been chasing Branch for getting our passbooks printed for last couple of months and printer is found out of order.We have represented deficiency several times to Branch Manager but the authority has never paid due attention.Instead of fetching improvements in the system, we are advise to make use of alternate avenues and modes.
    2.The staff is taking lunch break between 2 to 2.30 p.m every day, keeping the customers waiting at the counter and keeping all service counters closed.(The proof of the same is with the complaintent in the form of clicks, to provide evidence for the same).This is questing claim of the Bank as"India's International Bank' and evident that immediate authority and controlling wing has not concern and control over staff.
    3.Whenever we approached for availing value added services, the staff deliberately not informing us about bank charges, neither obtaining consent from the customer and exorbitant about o[censored]njustifiable charges are levied.The Bank has prescribed norms and a proforma in which consent of the customer to be obtained before debit of any such charges.This amounts to deficiency in service.
    4.I feel very disappointing to put on record that when with regard to all such deficiencies, representation made to Mr.P.D.Goswamani, Branch Manager, instead of showing concern foe improvements and apology for the same, a clear threat is given to me that he is going to surface my bank record and will cause possible harm to me.I would like to submit that l am a law abiding citizen, dignified Professor at the University and never indulged with any infringement or violation of rules.Therefore, I may request Branch Manager to put all possible efforts to carry out malafied intention to cause harm to me or my any possible interest.
    This is to further put on record that I have been dealing with the Branch for last 35 years and such a disgusting tone and provoking response we have never obtained.This is to request higher authority to have proper investigation and befitting action to be taken, if found guilty.
    The undersigned is ready to assume all possible losses or harm caused to him by the competent of authority of the Branch, if any infringement, manipulation, malpractice has been indulged.
    5.The controlling wing of the Bank should see to it that authority vested in a chair is for discharging responsibility and obligations towards customers and not to be used to frighten the visitors to supress the legitimate voice for improvement.The conduct of the Branch Manager to be curb and rich culture of the Bank to be protected with necessary intervention.
    6.I am insulted and alleged that I am a habitual complaintent.Therefor, My sincere request to the competent authority to carry out needed inquiry, instead of trusting the complaintent.The one who is drawing attention for improvement is always required to face disrespect and assault on dignity is natural.However, individual culture should not override earned /developed culture of the system.
    Attempt will be made to suppress voice and fabrication with the facts will be carried out but the truth has to sine, if it has to exist as a continued patronage of visitors at the Branch premises.

    The reply given by Branch Manager is fancy and fabricated, as not containing material facts of the case.No reply is received from the higher authorities so far.The complaintent insist for proper independent inquiry of the case.Disciplinary action to be taken on one who gave threat to customer and insulted.Appropriate compensation to be paid for deficiency in service and mental harressment caused to the customers.The service counters were non kept functioning and unjustifiable break was taken by the staff and protocol of service counters not observed by them or which amounts to deficiency in service.The disciplinary action to be taken against such culprits.The Branch Manager has been pretending so many aspects of Bank administration and has vireced good governance of the Branch by putting all possible efforts to legitimize nuisance in the Branch.Therefore he is to be given treatment to protect customer service and rich culture of the banking system. If the complaint is not well taken, will compelled the complaintent to approach banking ombudusment authority as assault on dignity and self respect at the Bank premises is not a pardanable nuisance and we are not generous to tolerate the same.

    With reference to the reply received from your end, this is to convey that it seems that the bank officials have been trained and culture is developed, unlike past, to fabricate story to avoid all possible consequences on account of being held accountable for negligent, at willful default to listen single wronged customer and not maintaining deserving dignity and respect of the genuine vesitor.
    This is to submit that reply given from your end is fabricated and all attempt is made to generate witness and evidences from the co culprit team only, from the Bank premises and from among the officials only.The complaintent still has hope in the wisdom and due diligence of the controlling wing for acceptance or otherwise of the story presented as well designed defense.
    The Branch Manager has been pretending so many things and surface pseudo administration of the Branch and has never paid due attention to representation made to him for deficiency on a continued basis.
    The printing machine issue has been represented to the branch for not less then 10 times in past couple of months.
    With regard to defense generated for giving information about service charges, the witness of Mr.Nilesh, brother of the complaintent, can be put for the examination.
    The clicked picture image of the passage of the Bank premises adequately surfaces truth that can been seen to all, ecxept the immediate Branch authority...!!! THE C.C.TV.camera footage all all possible days can be checked to surface the reality.The security guard is not allowing anyone to be assemble at the counter during so claimed lunch time of the staff, so no one is visible, neither customers nor the counter service providers.
    Further, the threat given to the complaintent by the Branch Manager to cause all possible harm and damage has no inclusion in the defence fabricated.
    The complaintent had intention for improvement and to curb unpleasant, unwanted conduct at the Branch premises, so made representation to the branch manager, but unfortunately unwanted conduct is attempted to be legitimized by the one who is entrusted by the system itself.
    The undersigned is a dignified and law abiding citizen of citizen and has clear track record, even with the same branch, for last more then35 years, which can be proved with past occupants of various counters at the Branch.
    This to make explicitly clear that there is nothing free of cost for customers in the basket of BOB and therefore they are to be provided all services within its ambit with due diligence simultaneously maintaining dignity and respect of them, where in in the whole episode Bank Branch seems negligent.
    The complaintent prefer to show trust in the wisdom and diligence of competent authority at higherlevel and shall wait for the reply from its end.If no genuine effort is made from the higher level, will certainly compelled the undersigned to knock the door of Banking ombudusment authority to get the matter resolved in an appropriate manner and to reinstate assaulted dignity and respect.

      I m kirti sharma i purchased a Battary order no.[protected] to amazon on 25 june of 1201.51 lNR
      and i cancel my order on same day .
      After some time amazon refund my money with Return Reference ID for transaction [protected]
      But still my money not recieved in my account.
      I complain in my bank through online mode then i get as resolution my complain that refund transaction successfull to amazon but bank not credit in my account.

            I am Bidita Debnath, a BOB customer as well as I have account with HDFC. I am writing this email after facing a great level of discomfort and frustration, yesterday evening -7th August 2021, at around 18:53 (06:53 pm), I have tried withdrawing money from my HDFC account- A/c number [protected] from a Bank of Baroda ATM as the nearby HDFC ATM was not working (out of cash). As I proceeded with my withdrawal with BOB ATM for the domination of INR 10, 000/- I only received INR 9600/- and I was shocked and very frustrated as their was no security guard or a contact number to reach out and complaint. Entire evening I tried reaching the customer care but I couldn't get through to make a complaint, I feel very much cheated with this kind of ATM malfunction. Instead of 20 number of Rs 500 rupees note, the ATM dispensed only 19 Rs 500 note and only one Rs 100 note making a total of 9500+100=9600. But my withdrawal message from HDFC bank shows Rs 10000 debited as that is the amount of money I wanted to withdraw from my account.

              My name is Ahire Jayata Hiraman and I had ordered a product of RS.439 including shipping charges(kuber industriestm non oven sari bags) on Amazon on 15 july 2021 & I returned this order due to personal reason. Amazon initiated the refund amount to my bank account but I still didn't get the money.                 Hi, I have raised request for closure of my BOB credit card on 8th July'2021 and paid all my previous due with Rs. 1, 000 penalty. I had called to BOB customer care executive as well as sent email to
                [protected]@bobfinancial.com. Today again I got email for BOB statement with Rs. 707 to be paid. From the time I got this credit card two years back I have not used this but I had paid around Rs. 2200 till now. I am not going to pay any penny for pending bill of Rs. 700 as I have not used and I have already requested for closure of credit card by July. I have to take strict action against Bank of Baroda for not following the bank norms.

                      I had two half lacs which matured on 24/07/21. Inspite of so many emails no response. I rang so many thanks no response or if they picked up, disconnected it as I could hear backround to cut it. I lost a lot of interest. Deliberately my calls were disconnected. Regretfully I had to transfer funds to United bank of India. The Manager was very rude and unhelpful. That branch has very poor service and fail to give satisfactory service. Neeshat Dalal.                       I have sent so many emails. All my emails are ignored and never answered back. Regretfully I had to withdraw my 21/2 lacs with this branch and invest it elsewhere. My sister Jaiprada Dalal had 10 lacs F.D which matured at same time. She faced the same problem and lost a lot of interest. Unfortunately she also transferred her 10 lacs elsewhere. My Karan and Mrs Mahadhavi Kurkarni Manager was very rude and uncooperative. This branch gives very poor customer service and emails are never answered. Thanks

                        When I saw the mesaages that were coming to my phone which is attached to my account .. That were saying that my account debited this much money which I even didnt know about and this was not for just one time its actually happened about 9-10 times even now I am getting those .. And the main problem is that my account is directly debited to zero .even if I add some they won't add it they cut it by saying some of the unknown things .. The main is also that I even don't use any online purposes from my account ..

                          On 31st of July I had went to ATM (To Deposit Money) When I filled My Details and when I Putted my Money in Cash Slot, After Adding my Money to Cash Slot, Cash Slot Closed at that time Power went and Machine Offed! I did not recived my Deposited money to my account. This is the problem. If Bank does not have a Electric City generater how can they give their customer good Service?                               Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to kind notice I am an ex employee of Dena Bank, my Name Is Bimal Kumar Sarkar serving as a Branch Manager, I had an FD account in the bank and the quarterly Interest of June 2021 is not credited in my account where as interested has been generated. In the may 2021 Rs476.00 is interested is less credited.                                   Dear Team,

                                  I had visited last week to your BOB kandivali east branch @ashok nagar from mira road regarding mobile no registeration for internet banking of my fathers account as he's on bed rest and paralysed and couldnt travel and when i submitted the form that lady said its a wrong form but this was provided by your staff when i visited earlier i told her instead of apolozing for their own mistake.

                                  The lady at internet banking kyc counter started shouting at me and told me fill another form and submit. So, i filled up the form and now she said get the signature of your father. I already showed her doctors consent letter and all the document which was required.

                                  First of all its your mistake providing a wrong form and after standing 1 hr in a queue i cannot go back and get the signature from mira road east.

                                  I understand kyc and sop of your bank, signature is mandatory but when its your mistake you have to be responsible and understand the situation. My father is in critical situation i wanted to file income tax of my father for which bank statement was needed and that i could get only through internet banking.

                                  All these was informed to that lady but there is a way of saying things in customer service cant accept unprosessional behaviour of that lady and was not helpful at all.

                                  I promise i will never visit bank of baroda in my whole life nor will my father.

                                  Now there is only 3.5k in that account and rest all money i have withdrawn and will never keep or use any service in that account.

                                  People around me use to say the ladies at this branch are not helpful, they are rude and unprofessional and now i do believe them.
