Subject: Complaint letter for staff misbehavior/Delay my gold account close after one month
I have been an account holder in your bank for the last 5 years. My savings account number [protected] and my Gold A/C No [protected]. I want to bring this to your kind attention that the staff in your bank branch does not behave properly with its valuable customers. They are always busy in their personal gossip/ they speak very harshly whenever we ask them anything/ they do not provide us with the right guidance whenever we need it from their end. Because I visited the home branch 7 to 8 times but bank staff did not close my Gold Loan account. And I am fully paying the Gold Loan already deposited. Bank staff/employee Mr. Prateek not given my Gold Jewellery he said me bank system not proper working and many times said me Bank manager not coming Bank. I have been waiting many times at the bank for 02/03 hours but did not process my gold account close, not processed and not given my Gold Jewellery. They debit amounts from Payoff Source rs -1164 and 995/- and many other amounts debit my savings account.
I am many times requesting for a gold statement but not giving me a proper statement.
My extra debit to my savings account is around 4000/-, he told me your extra amount was refunded but not processed. And only miss guide me, your gold close but not closing after one month.
My total gold loan is 2, 57, 000/- and I am given an extra amount after one year 30, 000/- above so that it does not properly guide me.
They extra debit my account almost 4000/- around. So please refund my amount on an urgent basis.
