Refund of rs. 2100/- has been made by amazon on 28th of may 2020 regarding a product (Order number is "the reference number of the refund is ref - 30005401520149133061497.
But, the refund has not been received yet.
Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

A refund has been made by amazon on 1st of june regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number aoworwqd0000kam4cip5 and told me to fill charge dispute form. So

Im not a bob customer nor i hold any savings account in bob and found some suspicious messages coming to my phone number.

My name is kanyaka dominic currently residing at kolkata, west bengal, i dont have account with bob account

The issue is:
Today afternoon when i had seen my mobile i got to see 1 messages from "am-bobtxn" which shows that there are some amount debited from account.
There were total 2 messages with the transaction details

1) rs. 100 debited to account 1840 on 09/06/2020 12.45.54 (Avl balance 494)

2) rs 400 debited to account 1840 on 15/06/2020 17.12.42 (Avl balance 94)

I request you to kindly see these on immediate basis.

I ordered from swiggy and order is cancelled by the delivery boy himself and the it 6-7 days including Saturday and Sunday but till now i didn't received any refund amount from swiggy in my account. ) and after (20- apr-2020) i returned this order due to personal reason. And on (27- apr-2020)
