Dear sir/ ma'am,

I am roshan r. Gaud, a saving account holder bearing no. [protected] at tardeo mumbai branch.
On 25 december i had booked two way railway ticket on irctc through upi total amounting rs.[protected]+3040)
On 24th of march 2020 the central government announced countrywide lockdown till 14th april 2020 due to which my both the above ticket got cancelled voluntarily by indian railway.
On 27.03.2020 the both ticket were proceeded for refund and cancellation by irctc.
On 04.04.2020 and 05.04.2020 both ticket status as was refunded and amount sent to bank which was shown on the irctc website vide refund reference no as follows and attached the same snap with mail:

Due to countrywide lockdown i prefer calling and raising issue via online rather visiting to the branch.
While calling i tried to contact bank via calling but no response from their end and then i issued complaint via bob complaint portal having complaint id bcot[protected]
After couple of day i got unsatisfactory reply from the bank by reasoning inappropriate details and closed the complaint.
After getting unsatisfactory reply from bank i tweeted on bob official for raising complaint but till now no response by bank.
After using several tool i visited to my nearest branch at parel and they also unable to help me out for this issue and diverted to mail the home branch and to your address.
Please find attachment for the irctc cancellation status.
I humbly request you to your good offices for intervening in the above issue and resolve it as soon as possible and for further detail i am ready and willing to cooperate with bank associates

I have received pending amount on yesterday late night by bank. since 2 days before I have visited to nearest branch and addressed my complaint.
Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          I paid electricity bill through m connect application my money debited but bill not paid transaction was cancelled and also not got transaction id, its 8th day till now i haven't got my money back BoB is a headache my BOB account no. : [protected]

            I made two order in amazon on 20th march via bank of baroda debit card and then due to the lockdown i cancelled my order.. Amazon initiated the refund amount on 2nd april but the rufund is still not feflected in my bank of baroda bank account..

                Hi i have order this jakmister 700 w rifle range online through amazon on 19 march 2020 total amount i have paid was 891. From that 100 rs was coupon and 791 from my debit card transaction. 100 i got refund in my app but 791 is still pending and no one is helping me not even bank. Amazon on 2and april gave me the refund reference number 30005400940079008719115. Kindly help and refund the 791 amount as soon as possible.

                  Hi team, i requested for ecs at the start of loan. After 4 months they said it's not happening some issue is there. They suggested me to transfer money to bob savings account every month. But now even after transferring money, they are not deducting money for loan. But they are simply putting interest, panal interest. Im continuesly following up with assistant manager. But no use..
                  Every month, i need to call assistant manager for the deduction.

                          Refund of rs. 104/- has been made by freecharge on 06th of april 2020 regarding a recharge bank transaction i'd is s77685292
                          "the reference number of the refund is ref -[protected]
                          But, the refund has not been received yet.
                          Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                          I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.
