This complain for the gennext branch in pune. There are 2 complaints:

1 they did not issue me a chip enabled debit card on their own and when i raised a complaint internally they did not address it for over a month. They said that the card has been generated on july 31st, 2020 and i should be getting it after 9 working days. Today, it is aug 31st, 2020 and i have not got my debit card yet.

2 they upgraded their net banking system because of which i lost access to the netbanking. The customer care executives are saying to reach out to the branch and the branch is saying to call the customer care executive. This is absolutely harassment

For both of the above issues, i have visited the branch 6 to 7 times already. I have extreme difficulty in using my money in this pandemic situation and do not want to violate the social distancing norms. The bank executives are asking me to step out of the house every single time i need money to be used and use the cheque for withdrawing the money instead of making the payment online and use the cash (Which may be infected or can pass on the infection)

      I apply for my debit card first time on 18th july... Few days after I visit on 7 august on jorabagan branch and i found that they didn't do it and i have to apply for another time, i applied on 7th august and now it's 27th august i didn't received my debit card

        दिनांक 21 /08 /20 को शाम 5:45 बजे [protected] से कॉल आई और बोला गया की आप का जिओ फाइबर रजिस्ट्रशन हो गया है (क्योकि हमने एक महीना पहले जिओ फाइबर का रजिस्ट्रशन कराया था) इसे activate करने के लिए मै massage भेज रहा हूँ (यह Massage BP-INFSMS से आया था और रजिस्ट्रशन करते समय भी इसी से आया था) इससे जिओ फाइबर अप्प डाउनलोड कर लीजिये और 24 hours में आप के घर पर जिओ नेट चालू हो जाये गा/ जैसे ही मैंने इस अप्प को डाउनलोड किया मेरा मोबाइल हैक हो गया और मेरे बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा के अकाउंट नंबर [protected] से 5:05 -5:11 PM तक 33231 रुपये डेबिट होगये / यह डेबिट चार बार हुआ है 1st Rs 30000, 2nd 1500, 3rd 1500, 4th 231 total = 33231 रुपये / FIR की कॉपी attach कर रहा हूं /

                  Bank of baroda is blocked my 11298/- Rupees under lien Amount. When I spoke with Customer care they told no records found and unable to help

                      After so many applications, i got my debit card after one year of account opening in bob, the had not updated my mobile number to my debit card. I can nit able to pay online with using of my debit card. I am facing so much of problems with bob service.

                          I ordered from cadbury india and transaction failed due to some errors but money was deducted from my account after 10 minutes of failing transaction and i had already closed the tab. This incident took place at 12 pm on 16th aug, 2020.

                            S o i ordered an amazon pantry and i cancelled it due to personal reasons. After i cancelled it amazon did refund me but bank baroda did'nt seem to sending that money to me. So im filing this dispute for 3rd time. Please do something. This is important.

                                  I was working on net banking of bob for 2 payments. 2 transactions were succeeded. The amount for both transactions were deducted from my account.

                                  Then suddenly the second transaction got canceled and the amount returned to account as mentioned in sms. While trying to check into the bank account i found my account was disabled.

                                  What kind of bank is this?

                                    I am a customer of bob since 2005, first time i face a issue with this bank, from past few months in my account rs. 192 is shown and i cant able to use. When i speak to the customer care they did not satisfy me with their answer even they also don't know why this is blocked or lien in my account, from more than a half year they blocked this amount without any reason.
                                    I request you to remove this lien amount and credit back to my account so that i can use my own balance.
                                    Bank is not allowed to block the amount like this without reason from more than half year.

                                      I ordered a product costing 59, 999rs from amazon on 16th july and due to some reasons amazon cancelled it and processed the refund on 23rd july and its 4th august today and still i haven't got my money back.
