मै विकाश कुमार वर्मा मेरे अकाउंट में amazone के द्वारा बोला जा रहा कि आपका बैंक को पैसा रीफंड कर दिया गया पर अभीतक मेरा पैसा 5999 रुपया नहीं मिला जिसका रेफरेंस नंबर - 224954 है amazone वाले बोल रहे है कि आपके बैंक को रिफंड कर दिया गया है पर जब में बैंक गया तो बोला कि आपका कोई पैसा नहीं आया तब मैं amazon customer care बात किया तो बोला गया कि आपको एक फॉर्म ऑनलाइन भरना होगा चार्ज डिस्टी बुट फॉर्म और आपका पैसा 1, 2 दिन में आ जाएगा लेकिन मेरा 3 दिन हो गया और मेरा पैसा अभी तक नहीं आया यदि मेरा पैसा नहीं आता है तो मैं अमेजॉन और बैंक पर कानूनी कार्रवाई करूंगा

    Amazon refunded the amount against the order number[protected] but the same has not been credited into my account .
    Reference number shared by them is 005059 .
    Amount to be credited is 1978.40
    Amazon customer care said that the refund was complete from their end on 24.09.19

      I returned my titan men's analog watch on 25 september 2019 and my refund is also initiated by amazon but I didn't get my refund yet I talked to amazon customer care they said the refund is already transfered to your bank account but it has not yet come in my account.Please solve my this complain as soon as possible Can you plese resolve my issue as soon as possible?

        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: saving account

        The issue that i have experienced was: i have amount in my bank.. But i dint not transfer amount to any other. Then i contacted to costumer care.. They informed me that they have freezes my amount.. Because of minimum balance is not there. They dint not informed me before or dint said me they will freeze the amount.. Without any intimation how can u freeze the amount.. I request u that resolve this issue as soon as possible.. From the next time i will maintain the minimum balance so please this time excuse me and release my amount.

        I request that please release my amount...

          My name is himmat guliana having a/c with bank of baroda in bordi branclast week i last my wallet so i called your customer care and hotlisted my debit card. Today i called customer care, i spoke to mr rishikesh on [protected] from half an hour he kept me on hold thn he took my verification then again he put me on hold, on call he was completely lost, zero knowledge of customer service, he was irritating me. Very poor service, thn he is saying me that i have to visit branch. Stay in vasai my branch bordi pls take some action against rishikesh, when i asked him pls trf call to senior then he disconnected the call

              I am shopping from amazon and product was not good. So return that product. Amazon company said that refund is initiated in your account on 16th sepetember 2019. I checekd my account and ministatement of bank details.
              But amount is not reflective in mine account. So that you will check that where is my refund. The reference number for your refund amount rs.449 is : 03om3osf0000k00r97nu this messege is provided by amazon company.

                Amazon से 21 अगस्त को samsung m30 cash on delivery पर 13990 का purchase किया लेकिन amazon ने खराब मोबाइल दिया जो on नही हो रहा था, फिर उसको 28 अगस्त को return किया और balance refund का sms reference id no.[protected] आया, बैंक ऑफ बड़ोदा और अमेज़न दोनों से किसी प्रकार की सहायता नही मिल रही है, 1 month से ज्यादा हो गया अभी तक balance नही आया है कृपया हमारी सहायता कीजिये

                  मेरी मां अनीता गुप्ता की एक फिक्स डिपोजिट बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा दिबियापुर औरैया उत्तर प्रदेश ब्रांच में थी जिसकी अमाउंट 5 पांच लाख रुपए थी एफडी पूरी होने पर मेरी अनीता गुप्ता जी ब्रांच पहुंची तो वहां ब्रांच मैनेजर ने कहा वो सामने मैडम है उनसे मिल लो वो एफडी का काम देखेंगी अनीता जी मैडम से मिली (मैडम ने कहा सर्वर नहीं आ रहे मैडम बोली आप अपनी एफडी यहीं छोड़ दो मै इसे सर्वर आने पर आपके खाते में पैसा पहुंचा दूंगी मैडम ने 5 लाख कि एफडी में 4400 रुपए की धन राशि काट कर 4.95 शाम को अपने आप डाल दिए) ये 4300 कटेगा कस्टमर को पहले क्यों नहीं बताया और ये 4300 क्यों काटा और उस ब्रांच मै सर्वर की परेशानी तो 85% रहती है इन मैडम ने ऐसे कितनो के पैसे सर्वर के नाम से ठगे होंगे कॉस्टमर चला जाए एफडी छोड़कर उसके खाते में पैसा अपने आप ट्रांसफर कर दो 4000, 5000 काट कर...इस पर सुनवाई जल्द की जाए नहीं तो मुझे सारे सबूत के साथ कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाना होगा

                    I ordered an item of rs 4182 from amazon and i returned it on 22nd sep 2019. They have initiated my refund on 22nd sep 2019 but i havent received it till now. I have received another refund of an order which was returned on the same day in my other bank. According to them i should have received my refund by now. I have called customer care too and im really concerned about this right now.
                    Please look into this matter

                      My name is vikash verma, account number - [protected] bank name - bank of baroda, refund of rs. 5999/- has been made by amazon on[protected] regarding a product[protected] is #[drum unit].
                      "the reference number of the refund is ref - 224954.
                      But, the refund has not been received yet.
                      Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                      I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                          I ordered an item from amazon.in of 295 rupees and returned it and asked for refund. They have initiated the refund but i haven't received the amount yet. It has been more than 10 days. I placed the order on 10 september 2019 and received it by 15th of september and returned it on 16th september. And they initiated my refund on that day itself and it had to be reflected into my bank account within 4-5 working days that is by 21st september but its been more than that. Kindly provide a solution to this problem.

                            Please release my lien amount. My lien amount is rs. 283.89. Bank has lien my amount. I'll maintain my bank balance as per rules and regulations of bank. I shall be obliged to you.
                            Actually i didn't know about the minimum required balance in the account so it's a mistake which would not appear next time

                              I am a customer of bob since, first time i face a issue with this bank, from past few days in my account rs.164 is shown and i cant able to use. When i speak to the customer care they did not satisfy me with their answer even they also don't know why this is blocked or lien in my account, from more than a half year they blocked this amount without any reason. And one amount in debited of rs 71..
                              I request you to remove this lien amount and credit back to my account so that i can use my own balance.

                                  I had done one transaction with amazon.in on 18/09/2019 of rs 21, 999
                                  Because of some issue i had cancelled the order. Because the amount is already paid amazon.in told me that they had initiated the amount on some date and till 24/09/2019 it will be added in my account.
                                  But still i have not received amount. I contacted to amazon they tell me to file a charge dispute.

                                    I have an account in bank of baroda, hazaribag branch, hazaribag, jharkhand, pin-825301
                                    My problem is that bank is not providing me passbook of my account and the passbook printing machine is not good
                                    Also bank is not giving me debit card.

                                    The behaviour of the bank manager is not good. He do not want to listen the queries of the customers

                                    The condition of the service of the bank is very horrible.

                                    Every day the staffs of the banks say that there is no link in the bank network
