I am a customer of bob since, first time i face a issue with this bank, from past few days in my account rs.164 is shown and i cant able to use. When i speak to the customer care they did not satisfy me with their answer even they also don't know why this is blocked or lien in my account, from more than a half year they blocked this amount without any reason. And one amount in debited of rs 71..
I request you to remove this lien amount...

Hello, i complaint against refund problem.
I'll online pay amazon.in for order a mobile phone but it cancel due to absence. Amazon already transfer the money and also send a email but bank not reflect my money in my account. Please help me, i am too worried about this. The payment method is through debit card.

My problem is that bank is not providing me passbook of my account and the passbook printing machine is not good
Also bank is not giving me debit card.

The behaviour of the bank manager is not good. He do not want to listen the queries of the customers
