Refund of rs. 249/- has been made by amazon on 13/oct/2019 regarding a product (Order number is #[protected].
"the reference number of the refund is ref[protected]
But, the refund has not been received yet.
Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action

      Bank is denying the refund done to my bank account by the amazon and the refund has not been received in my account
      I contacted customer service of the bank but they would not trying to solve the issue and helping in any way please do the need full as the same has been taken a long time for 3 months

        I ordered one product from Amazon on 2september 2019 . The seller wasn't able to deliver the product . He (seller) said, he will refund my money. Then he cancelled my order on 29th September and refunded my money . But till 3rd October Amazon Didn't initiate my refund . When I contacted to Amazon customer service and file a complaint about my refund . Then they initiated my refund .

        The main thing comes here now . When I contacted my bank they said there is no such type of initiated . Even I contacted my bank after given business days . Till now I didn't any refund

          A refund has been made by amazon on 06 October 2019 regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.                 Hey,

                I cancelled a product from amazon on 7th october 2019.
                On the 10th of october 2019, refund of rs. 16999/- has been proceded by amazon.
                My product order number is[protected].
                "the reference number of the refund is - 223616.
                After 7 days, the refund has not been received yet.
                I talked to customer care regarding my issues but they didn't help me.
                Also, i visited the bank.
                The bank is saying no amount has been received by them. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                I need the bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible

                      Sir,
                      I'm suman raj. My account number is [protected] and ifsc code barb0shadau. My atm card was lost, then i called the helpline number of bank of baroda and submitted my complaint, then they blocked my atm card and upi transactions, after that my atm card was found and i submitted the application to the bank, and my atm started, but the upi transaction did not start, and the bankers told that upi transaction will start online only on the complaint. I requested you to that start my upi transaction.

                          I purchased product shoes (2) from amazon and i returned the product. My refund is initiated by amazon but now my bank of baroda is not taking any action this bank not initiated my refund in my account of bank of baroda

                            Sir/mam I have been returned my order to Amazon and refund of this product has initiated 9 October. I have received a mail for confirmation and Amazon said refund will be credited in my account within 5-7 days that is completed yesterday but refund is not reflected in my account yet. So I call them and they said me to connect bank of Baroda because they was sand my refund amount to bank but band don't deposit amount in my account. Please deposit my refund in my account as soon as possible.

                                    This is a complaint regarding my online payment to the electricity department of hyderabad, telangana. I made an online payment and money was debited from my account but the payment wasn't recieved by the electricity department.                                     As you can see in this sample online form of bank of baroda, the account number is still from dena bank and it’s a 12 digits account number as per dena bank system. Bob system is mandatorily expecting a 15 digit account number (As per their validation) and not allowing us to proceed.

                                    This is an oversight on part of bob it team while integrating dena bank with bob system.

                                    It also reveals how poor integration testing has been done by the it department. They must have tested the code with only bob accounts and never attempted to test it with dena bank account ever. Else such issues would have been caught earlier before getting into production environment.

                                    I hope bob will fix this very soon.

                                      I have visited your branch today, and because of your employees my time got wasted there. The person sitting on the enquiry counter do not even treat the customers decently and nor give the exact information. I asked him to for an atm application form and he didn't tell me that e pan card would not be acceptable at time of verification.in fact the other staff is also not helping and answering. They just love to refer the customer here and there from one counter to another. When asked his name and designation he did not tell any. I have filed a written complaint also at branch but am assured that it would not be heard. As the staffs behaviour was careless. When i was filing the complaint they all were affirmed that go and filled a complaint if you can, they were making fun of ours. This is not the way a bank with such a great name should behave. I want my voice to be heard.
