      Address: Bank of Baroda, Purasawalkam Branch, 80, Ritherdon Road, Purasawalkam, Chennai 600 007, Tamil Nadu

      An amount of Rs.118/- gets transferred from my savings account [protected] to MMSREGCHARGE/BA, daily on 3 Jan, and 4 Jan 2022.

      I have not authorized any transfer of such amount to this account.

      Please resolve this issue

        I have tried to registered the complaint through Online Complaint Management System... But bank has not been accepting complaints online through an error message : Due to technical reasons your request for lodging complaint could not be completed

        Hence I have sent mail on 27th Dec to rm.tamilnadubankofbaroda.com and raised the complaint... No reply or response...

        My Savings account has been Freezed since April 2021 by Tata capital Finance loan repayment issue... I have been working in Qatar Hence I have submitted the required documents through email on Jun 2022...But no action has been taken...Hence I came to India and approached your branch to reopen my account... Now my query is charges related... you have charged multiple bounce charges... I have checked my loan accounts statements for bounced charges...I have submitted the same for your reference... Since May 2021 Total SI bounced for TATA Finance is 9 times and HDFC Home loan SI bounced 20 times …Hence total will be 29 Bounced... But the bank has deducted huge amount of approx. 15000/- rupees towards bounced charges... Please clarify the same and reverse the wrongly charged amount...

            Respected Sir/Madam,

            I'M COMPLAIN ABOUT MONEY DEBIT FROM ATM BUT NOT RECEIVED TO ME. on 16/12/2022 20:35 pm going to withdrawal money from atm of sojitra -387240 i attempt first for 15000 but it is declined, i think we make 15000 so it declined, then i try to withdrawal for 10000 when atm count money light was going to off i am stay their up to light come and i print my transaction slips and after 10 minute of the atm start i am going to home
            same time i call to bob help line no they said wait for 24hr after we take complaint, we wait and after 24 hr we launch a complaint complaint no is: DBFN[protected] today i am check my status for my complain they simply writ " transaction is completed no fund refund " till date we have not received any cash and BANK OF BARODA not take any action kindly help

                Bank of Baroda Kukkikatte branch charged me 891rs of lien amount in my account, I visited the branch and requested to clear it but they refused and said 'if you do not pay it it will affect your cibil score. The bank is not ready to clear the lien amount. And I cannot close the account as it is one of my old bank account. Please help me as soon as possible.

                  For the above subject i am mr.H m ranjanagi ro bijapur bank of baroda vice presendent north karnatak sir.Mr basavaraj vagge your driver bangalore to bijapur journey vichel.No ka25c9094.He is one of the worst driver in karnataka about missbehaour, noncoopration, ussing vulgar words with me he started when bijapur bus stop rto office oppsite he is denied, when i am asking for clarification why you have privious four stop in differnt location now what is the problem .He starts shouting using worst lanaguage, basically i went for my doughter oprationd with family, sir i already complint in golgumbaz police station need your immidiate action else, i have to take next serious action on him.So your vrl rapo with custmer should good .I feel your going to take immidate acton and i am waiting your revert.H m ranjangi .Mobile no .[protected]

                    I mailed [protected]@bobfinancial.com for decline my credit card application as I've no current adress proof. I mailed them multiple times but didn't get any single reply from their side, this is intolerence from BOB, please resolve this issue ASAP!!

                      On dated[protected] at about 12:20 PM, I visited the bank of baroda railway road branch Kurukshetra in order to update the Aadhar Card of my 4 months old girl child, The lady employee designated there was not entertaining the customer by the token no., She was actually entertaining her known persons even without token firstly, In order to make a complaint regarding this when I approached to the branch manager, he told me that these are not our employees and I haven't any knowledge about this, And when I asked him to give the contact of her seniors where I can complaint, He refused to give the contact details and told me that I have no knowledge about the employee sitting in branch.

                          I ordered a school shoe on 05/11/2022 from Amazon which costed me ₹355.0 but it was not fitting correctly so i claimed a refund of this product on Amazon and on 11/11/2022 the product was returned by me to the Amazon and on that day only they initiated the refund on by provided bank account. But till now i haven't received any refund in my provided BOB bank account. So, please help me and provide me the refund money through the Bank Of Baroda Bank.

                            I am having a current A/C NO[protected] AT Bakhtiyarpur {Patna} branch. branch has freezes the account in requirement of KYC, I submitted letter given to me for operating SBA office by LIC of India and my PAN card and AADHAR card. But my account not unfreezes, Branch is asking letter from LIC of India. When I have opened the account and given the paper at the time of opening the account, this time i am giving same papers.
                            So please help to unfreeze the account.

                                I purchased Oneplus TV Y Series 32 Y1S Edge from Oneplus Store app (Please find attached the invoice) on 29th July 2022, i.e., Order Id: M[protected], through my Bank of Baroda credit card (Credit Card No. [protected]).

                                When I purchased it on the app, it showed that there is No-Cost EMI on 36 months on BOB credit card (I have the video proof for the same) but when I received the statement for month of August 2022 from Bank of Baroda, it didn’t consider the no-cost Emi, it showed the Emi amount to be Rs. 580 around rather than Rs. 482 which was shown at the time of purchase.

                                I have contacted Bank of Baroda helpline through phone and email.
                                Last time I called them, the customer support told me that the discounted amount relating to interest will be added to my card as cashback in the October month statement. I received the statement for October month but it's still not there ( I have the Call recording as well)

                                Please provide me resolution for the same.

                                    I am regularly paying car loan for the past 18 months.
                                    Now the bank of baroda deducted rs. 1000/- as vetting charges without any prior information or giving any clarification .
                                    It’s tantamount to cheating the customer and betrayal of innocent customer.
                                    Hope they address my concern and refund says amount to my bank account at the earliest. .

                                      Non availability of pass book and viewing in INB for SCSS account

                                      I am a senior citizen. I opened a SCSS account meant for senior citizens with Bank of Baroda on 05-Oct-2021. Passbook was not given. Complained to Bank of baroda which said "pass book facility is not available for the scheme.
                                      View SCSS facility is not available in net banking at present. Functionality is under development and will be available to customers soon." Being not satisfied with reply I complained to Banking Ombudsman of RBI...
