Very often during night and early morning, your servers do not work.
I cannot make UPI payments and even your crappy m-passbook app does not work when the server is down.

Please note I am both a savings and current account holder and need to do urgent business transactions at times and am unable to do so.

Failure to fix the issue on your end will result in you losing a customer.

I have been receiving unknown transaction message on my mobile no.[protected] from bank of baroda(VM-BOBTXN) A/C...5133 since last 5-6 months.

I am not having any accounts in BOB.

I had called bank of baroda's helpline 5-6 times.they assured that problem will be solved within a week but i am still facing the problem.

Hope you will look into this.

On 02/09/2014 (15:33:55) my account was debited by Rs.6284.09/-. I have not done that transaction nor I have shared my personal details with anyone. I have submitted all the documents required immediately i.e on 03/09/2014. I am following up with the Branch on regular basis via email but no reply from the branch. Till this date no amount has been credited to my account....

Maujpur Branch (Delhi-110053) of Bank of Baroda has sent the letter of account opening in 12 days (account opening request was raised on 10 January, 2017). But the are neither issuing a passbook nor they are addressing the customer for how to proceed. The answer is very simple that the machine is not working. Bank Of Baroda — Transaction successful in wrong account holder due to wrong account no.

I am shivkaran fayaram prajapati dua having account number ([protected]) union bank of India kon Maharashtra.

Please note that cheque No. 85 ad been utilized much earlier on 23.12.2015 as self withdrawal of Rs. 10, 000/-.

My Call got picked up after 11 Minutes and 37 Seconds, After that Lady Ms. Deepika who picked up my call was not knowing anything about Recurring deposit.

Senior Supervisor Mr Manish Dube was so much busy that he couldn't talk to me in my Complete 27 Minutes of Call.

I have never talked Customer Care officer for 27 Minutes in...
