        My account has been debited with an amount of ₹ 118, on the date 20 feb 2023 with the narration of MMS recharge, I have contacted and registered a complaint multiple times regarding this matter, no valid reply was received from the bank want to know the reason for this charge and also want the refund as soon as possible

          विषय – खाते से आधार कार्ड लिंक ना हो पाने एवं सम्मिलित खाते को एकल खाते मे परिवर्तन के सम्बंध में ।
          महोदय,
          सविनय निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी सनी वैश्य पुत्र श्री ज्ञानेन्द्र कुमार निवासी स्टेशन वॉर्ड रुरा कानपुर देहात का खाता शाखा बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा रुरा में है । जिसकी खाता संख्या [protected] है जिसे प्रार्थी ने बन्द करा दिया था ।
          प्रार्थी का एक अन्य खाता जिसकी खाता संख्या [protected] है जो कि एक सम्मलित खाता है । प्रार्थी ने इस सम्मलित खाता को अलग – अलग करने के लिए एक प्रार्थना पत्र शाखा बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा रुरा कानपुर देहात में दिया परन्तु इस खाते को अलग नहीं किया गया । प्रार्थी ने दो बार खाते से आधार कार्ड को लिंक करने के लिए प्रार्थना पत्र दिया परन्तु उस पर भी ध्यान नहीं दिया गया और आधार कार्ड को खाते से लिंक नहीं किया गया । प्रार्थी ने इसके लिए बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट मे तथा फोन कॉल से भी शिकायत कि थी परंतु प्रार्थी को अभी तक इसका समाधान नहीं मिल पाया है। जिसके कारण प्रार्थी को पैसे निकालने व जमा करने मे असुविधा होती है ।
          क्रपया प्रार्थी के खाते से आधार कार्ड को लिंक करने कि क्रपा करें तो महान दया होगी ।

              I have purchased a product from Flipkart on 27 dec on EMI and due to some reason I have to cancelled it .and the refund is initiated by Flipkart on 6 jan and estimated date of refund credit in my card is 12 jan but still i don't receive the amount and EMI is still active and bank force me to pay the amount or do preclose of emi and pay the full amount with some charges and gst.flipkart provide me the refund reference number and i have already mail this to bank but bank says no amount is credited.the refund reference or ARN number is 30005123612361181822741

                  Respected sir/ma'am

                  I Bhavya Tripathi, have an account in bank of baroda shivpur, branch. I deposited cash 19500 in my account through cash deposit machine in shivpur bob branch. On dated 29/01/2023 at 5:00pm Approx. Due to hardware error there is 18500 cash credited in my account and no any cash return I did the deposit in 3 times because machine rejected few notes every time . Its all happening front of bank employees they help me out through out the deposit process but i don't know what happened and i didn't get the left amount... Plzz resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                          On yesterday 18 January & today 19 January an amount of Rs.118 had been deducted daily as MMSRECHARGE.
                          I have not been informed about this deduction in advance, if this deduction was by Bank of Baroda.
                          If this deduction was not by BOB, then how did this happen ?
                          I had complained thru this forum, and the deduction was stopped. But the refund of the deducted amount (Rs.118 deducted daily on two days) has not been refunded.
                          Please resolve

                              I visited the branch on 18 Jan 23 at around 03:00 pm for renewal of my love locker agreement.
                              I have following observations:
                              1. The lady at counter no. 9 is very efficient and sincere and deserves an award.

                              2. The branch manager was sitting in his chamber creating a ruckus, indulging in very loud political talk with a group of hoodlums, laughing oot loud and creating an unprofessional atmosphere.

                              3. There is no space near counter 9 where one can put his paper down for filling form, signature etc.

                              4. Overall the branch was working efficiently although it lacks space.

                                    Sir i have transfer 43700 amt from my pnb account to rajasthan baroda khetriya gramin bank account by pnb one application. But due to enter wrong ifsc code my amount are credited to acct no [protected] account in bank of baroda kaushambi (u.P). I have mail to bank of baroda but branch manager not response and i have complaints many times to my pnd head branch and imps team but my deducted amt not returned by bank of baroda to my pnb account.
