Dear sir /ma'am

I Ishant Ukey having Bank of Baroda credit card would like to raise complaint regarding payment of my credit card amount RS.2063/-paid on 4 sep.2023.
Also I have got msg saying

(Dear Cardholder, we confirm that your BoB Credit Card ending 7066 has been blocked. Please contact our toll free [protected] for any assistance.)
My active credit card ending no.is 3983 not 7066 any more .

Amount debited from account but the transaction failed .
My registered mobile no .

I request you to take it into consideration, and do it needfully, to avoid late payment fees which will ultimately affect my CIBIL.

    Sent Rs 2500 from my UPI id to another person UPI with txn id:[protected] on 03/08/2023. But amount was debited from account but not credited to receiver bank account. Visited both the banks but there is no proper reply or response

      Incorrect deduction

      An amount of Rs.118/- deducted from my savings account to MMSREGCHARGE/BA, on 5 August 2023 and 8 August 2023.

      I don't have any idea what is this deduction for.

      Please refund this amount....

        Unauthorized deduction of 118 rs saying MMSRECHARGE/BAR

        My mom has an account in BOB. 2 times 118 rs was deducted saying MMSRECHARGE/BAR. Wanted to know what is this charge about. Also, want my money refunded as soon as possible....

            There was an message in which rs 118 was deducted from my account by bob. The reason mention in message is to issue new card. But I am not aware of all this. If this is not in rule then please resolve it.

                  Lin amount

                  Sir my account was suddenly frozen by the bank and when I got the check done then lien amount is showing in it 59000 and it is written in the remark how cybercrime I have no idea about it from where all this happened. Please sir help me get my lien amount removed. I tried going to the branch also but they didn't do anything....

                    Dear Team,

                    This is so upsetting that my issue regarding cash stuck at the deposit Machine at Shivaji Marg, Hewett Road branch has yet not been resolved.

                    Seek your intervention and support –

                    I Aniruddha Pratap Singh, Acc Holder – [protected] at Gegaso crossing, tried depositing Rs 20000 ( Denominations as 2000 note x 10 ) in my above mentioned account on 26th May 2023(Deposit Date –[protected] Time – 20:48:46 PM), but due to some technical error the money got stuck in the deposit machine and neither I received the confirmation message of amount being deposited in my account nor on the deposit slip, then automatically a slip came out of DEPOSIT Machine stating to contact Branch Manager, I filed a written application to the branch manager on[protected] Complaint Date –[protected] where I requested that the amount Rs 20000 which got stuck in the deposit machine to be provided either in Cash or in the above mentioned BOB Account number, but till this point I didn’t receive the amount by any means, would request your attention on the same, the suddenly on 3rd June I received the message that the mentioned Complained number - DBFN[protected] has been resolved still I haven’t received the amount, then how is the issue resolved,

                    When trying to reach the branch manager they are saying that they will update in few days and later said that they can't do anything I need to contact my Home Branch where I have my account, I contacted them also but they are also saying that they can't do anything as the amount was deposited through deposit machine at Shivaji Marg, Hewett Road Branch and now I am in a situation where I am just following with both branches and getting no support from either of them.

                    Also I wrote a mail to all the Bank of Baroda Officials but still there has been no response, Would request your intervention on the same and help my issue getting resolved.

                    Please try to understand that RS 20000 is a huge amount for me your little attention could surely help me and I will be very grateful.

                      Bank of baroda has deducted 295 from my savings as minimum balance while it was not necessary as it has already deducted it last mnth and now my account saving was more than 2500

                        Rs.118 has been deducted from my account on the name of mmsrecharge

                        Rs 118 has been deducted from my account in bank of baroda. I have not authorized this deduction. I have neither received an otp for the same or made any transactions....
