Respected sir /ma'am,

I am an account holder of bob bank for the last 10 years approx and my account number is [protected], IFSC no: BARBVJBAJP

Now, they have charged me236.00 rs under the category DCARDFEE/4200/AP dated:17/04/2023.

I don't know what type of charges are these.

They never informed me regarding these charges through email voice call or text message.

Who was given the right to bob bank to deduct this kind of charge without informing us?

Because we kept money in the bank that gives the authority or rights to the bank that they can do whatever they want to do with our money.

There should be a formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited to my account which they have deducted from my account without informing me.

      Whenever I tried to do my transaction at midnight it’s declined by bank Upi and paytm says bank server is busy and when I call customer care they says call us at 6:30 am on moring why this happening with me ?? At morning every issue is solved automatically

        Digital Personal Loan

        I had applied online digital personal loan which has been approved and on going to the nearest branch they say that I have not received any mail while I have the screen shot of the approval, I want it better than bothering the customer like this This facility should be stopped for which there is no solution with the branch.

          My account has been deducted by 118 rs. as mms charges without my authorisation. I have not issued any debit card or credit card on my account. Why my account has been deducted by 118 rs.? Please respond and resolve my issue asap.

                On 27th March, I did some transactions through UPI worth Rs. 56200/-. The account details that I entered were given wrong by the recipient. and because of this, the money was deducted from my account to an unknown account's recipient.
                I also lodged a complaint on BANK OF BARODA Customer Care regarding the same. Please help in to look into the matter and provide some assistance.

                  Hi,
                  I have savings account with 59 walkeshwar road branch under name Kirankumar S Kothari.
                  Cashier on counter refused to exchange torn Rs. 200/- not across counter. on last friday and lady mentioned that I have to collect note on Monday after submitting same on friday.
                  Please mail me provisions mandated under RBI rules on banking which shows that Bank of Baroda is permitted to not to exchange soiled notes across counter.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent blocking of my account, number [protected], with Bank of Baroda. I was shocked to discover that my account had been blocked without any prior notice or explanation, leaving me unable to access the funds that I have in the account.

                      I have been trying to reach out to the bank via email to inquire about the matter, but I have not received any response from the bank. Moreover, I am currently overseas and unable to visit the bank in person to resolve the issue.

                      I sent my daughter to the bank to inquire about the matter, but she was informed that I will receive a notice via mail. However, I have not received any such notice, which is very concerning.

                      Furthermore, I have issued some cheques to the bank for EMI and my daughter's school fees, which will now be bounced due to the account blockage, causing me further inconvenience.

                      I request you to please investigate the matter and provide me with a satisfactory explanation as to why my account has been blocked. Additionally, I urge you to unblock my account at the earliest so that I can access my funds and avoid further financial losses.

                      I hope for a prompt response from the bank.

                          Dear Sir, I am having a bank account no. [last digit 4421] with Bank of Baroda, Modinagar. Before five days My account transactions have been freeze without any intimation or any kind of letter or call. Suddenly they have stopped my all transactions, due to this I have to pay penalty for Education fee for my child. I have immediately contact the Branch Manager, he has informed that you have to submit the KYC. You have not submitted KYC so we have stop your transactions. Before two days I have all reaady submitted my KYC Forms for their requirement. I am a account holder of 14 years . This is the example of very poor services. Thanking you

                            Account debit frozen suddenly

                            We have our company's current account [No. [protected]] operating in Bank of Baroda Dwarka branch from 2019. Out of the blue, the account is shown as "Debit Frozen" in the netbanking portal.

                            Please resolve this urgently as the end of financial year payments have to be completed and taxation needs to be submitted....

                              Bank of Baroda Negative balance in account

                              My Bank of Baroda Account is showing negative balance, Even though it's a strict rule not to show negative balance. So if possible please fix this as soon as possible and close my account.
