Sir i receved a refund of rs.820 on 21.05.19 vide amazon ref: the authorization code, refund reference number for the transaction is 022426 to my debit card thru which payment was made online is: [protected] which is linked to my bob saving ac no.[protected]o5. The amt 820 cud not be credited to my bob ac till date. Pl check and refund me at an earliest. Thnx.

    Hi,

    This is to inform you that we are facing problems in the atm branch of bank of baroda (Juhapura branch).
    The cash deposit machine and cash withdraw machine are not working due to technical error many times.

    The bank of baroda of juhapura branch is taking very very delayed actions to resolve the problems.

    People of juhapura are facing huge problems during cash deposit through machine.
    The cdm shuts down anytime due to server or technical error.
    1st week of every month is the time of emi payments, people are queuing in line to deposit the amount which is to be ecs as per their loan.

    Cdm machine shuts down anytime which may result in late emi payment of the consumers and thus penalty.

    The rest of the cdm branches in ahmedabad are working absolutely fine, but the service in juhapura branch is pathetic.

    The branch manager of bank of baroda juhapura is not taking any responsibility and the employees of the same branch are not taking any initiative to resolve the problems.

    Also the ac system in the atm is not working at all.
    There are two ac fitted, but both systems are out of service.

    Please do needful to provide better service in our area.

      I am having ppf account in chandrapur branch, trying to access my account online, site is asking for ppf account no, which is of 4 digit, but while entering that no, site is asking 20 digit account no, as i have shifted from chandrapur. It is not possible for me to visit branch personally

        मैंने अमेज़न से दो प्रोडक्ट आर्डर किया था पर वो सही नहीं थे इसलिए मैंने उनको return कर दिया पर उसका refund मेरे account में नहीं आया है, जबकि मेरे द्वारा अमेज़न के कस्टमर केयर अधिकारी से बात करने पर ये बताया गया की उनके द्वारा रिफंड issue कर दिया गया है पर मेरे खाते में अभी तक पैसे नहीं आये है.

          I make two transactions of 600 which are failed through phonepe but the amount is deducted from my bank account without my confirmation and bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
          I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                  On 24 may 2019 i used my hdfc debit card to widrow 400 rupees from bank of baroda bhosari dighi road atm.
                  Amount 400 is debited but not dispensed from the atm and on the screen massage was displayed that transaction timeout.

                      Hi team,

                      My self pankaj kumar went to bank of baroda new bel branch on 13-may-2019 to update my number, i have submitted the request with all valid proof.
                      But still it has not been updated, when i call to bank people they will be telling it will be updated today end of the day. And also they behave like ir-responsible people they won't listen properly and disconnect the call.

                      I do not have atm card to withdraw money and as am working candidate so i will not get time to go bank and withdraw money.

                      Its my humble request please take action against them.

                        I have returned the item on amazon named generic 24v dynamo dc generator. Amazon claims to have issued the refund on april 20 2019. But i have not recieved till now.. Its been more than a month...

                          I got an email from a hacker or fraud person. He used my boss name mr. Neeraj mediratta & asked me to do a money transfer for a vendor payment of rs. 30400. I was unable to see the mail domain name. I did a transaction of rs. 14000 in below the bank details given by that person. Bank of baroda

                                  I have try for add money(Rs-1000) in my Paytm wallet through Bank of Baroda account on Date: 19-may-2019. But payment has been failed due to technical error as I have attached screen shot. But from my bank of Baroda account Rs-1000 has been debited, I have attached message screen shot of debited message which I received on my mobile number.
                                  I have also register complaint through BOB call service, but I have not received my deducted money yet.
                                  Kindly refund me as soon as possible.

                                      We are sorry to inform you that till today we have not received any positive response to our above said both the mail.

                                      Debit 2932.89 rup. Charges regarding for pos machine. But i am not apply for this machine and not received. So please verify and revert this amount my account.
                                      Thus we once again request to consider our both the above genuine requests immediately.

                                      In case bank is not listening to us, we are sorry to mention that the only option left with us is to approach banking ombudsman to intervene for grant relief.

                                      As always we appreciate the bank for timely support given to us earlier due to which we could establish our unit which is running satisfactorily now. Please value our relationship and consider our requests without further delays.
