Ordered an item from amazon on 7th april 2019. Due to some reason, i had to return it and amazon issued a refund against it on 16april 2019.
On contacting bank of baroda customer care, they asked me to wait for 14 days for the amount to reflect in my account.
After 15 days i contacted the customer care again to know the refund status. I provided them with the refund reference number issued by the bank (Given to me from amazon) is with me but the bank denies any such amount.

I had a fixed deposit of rupees 275000 rupees i pledge for rupees 2 lakh now i deposited the 2 lakh and the interest due when i went to the bank asked to return my fixed deposit receipt which was in their custody they say they could not find the receipt
Now the bank official do not care about the money i had deposited now how can i retrieve the money back please kindly suggest the way to solve the issue

5 april 2019 my payments failed 126 rupees through amazon pay.
Amazon said that they refund it but bank not respond.
I call costumer care of bank of baroda but not resolved they said that i refund your payment in 15 working days today 28 days complete but not get refund anywhere.
I really disappointed for the service of bank of baroda.
Please solve my problem.

I have done amazon mobile recharge transaction through bob debit card 7days ago. Both the time the transaction got failed and my cash got debited twice, i have not received a refund yet nor any confirmation from bank of baroda. They are just behaving horibble. Sick and tired of giving the details to them again and again. Yet no refund. They took all details along wid ny contact number. Both the recharges got failed and my card got debited. Just given a service request number with no result for the same. I feel like just closing ny account wid bank of baroda. Better to switch other banks rather.

I purchase the product from amazon on 13/4/2019 cash on delivery but i cancel the order
Now my refund is as per amazon was initiated at 14/4/2019 amount rs 273 but i didn't receive money in my account so i inquire both side amazon as well as in bank but amazon says that refund was initiated & stuck in banking system but bank says that there is no refund amount show in banking system.

I have placed an order on the 9th of April 2019 for a mobile phone.
Flipkart has refunded the whole amount on the 10th of April 2019.

But my bank that is Bank Of Baroda has not credited that amount on my account.
They have not been reachable through the phone contact number. They are always busy whenever I call them.

I have been waiting for for so long. Now I have reached the stage of anger and sadness.
I need that my voice should be heard and I need a resolution for my problem as well as my money back.

On 4th of april amazon had refunded my payment amount and on calling amazon customer servicce they have sent me reference number and the reference no is 74332749095909423732100 and the amount is rs 1479/-... But still i have not got the amount in my bank account after 24working days of bank. On visiting the bank they told that it will be refunded soon but still it is not refunded. Kindly resolve this soon or else i will have to take strict action.

My amount of 11.80 has deduction 7 times from my account. I have also gave written complaint to bank. Why is the deduction of amount & also show my passbook. I have already mail to bank of baroda email i'd, bahadurgarh, haryana. But till now i do not get any response from mail. Kindly take action why they unnecessary deduction the amount from the account. The bank not reply on mail why they deduct the amount. Kindly take action on priory basis & refund my amount on my account.

My refund of rs 1199 to the debit card number [protected] (A/c [protected]) branch rajgarh sirmaur hp, was initiated by amazon on 7 apr 19 but i haven't received it. Reference number of refund is 75503729098028486732151. And i have been told that bank has received the payment but hasn't credited to my account. Kindly look into matter and process my refund

A refund of 999 rupees was successfully processed on 12th april 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my bank of baroda account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

Jaipur has fraudulently ( Bank staff fully involved by bank staff deposited in this account 60000 Rupees ) release by KCC a loan of 6.56 lack through fake document our Name ( i.e. Ration Cards, Aadhaar Cards, Voter Cards, Photo and Fake KYC on our land name of our two brothers khasra No. 1509, Village Chhind ( Hamirpur) This type more cases in this branch, Branch and regional office fully involved, for this we informed the bank branch also regional office on 16.02.2019 but till now we have not received any satisfactory answer and now days they are not pickup phone/ mobile when we are going to regional staff doing misbehave with us. We are informing you for this, Please take appropriate action I this regards and give us justice.

A refund has been made by amazon on 18th of april regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action...

A refund of 2599 rupees was successfully processed on 15th april 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my bank of baroda account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.
I have called the Bank of Baroda customer service yesterday again but they submit my complaint after 14 days. did not knows how much more time they take to credit refund on my bank account.

Amazon given me this reference code to get my refund. Total of 8185 rs were transferred by amazon on 14 april but it is not showing in my account. I ordered a mia1 certified refurbished phone from amazon which i returned back bcoz it was a defective piece..
