Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action

Refund has been initiated by amazon of rs 3149rs on 29 march 2019 in BOB GURUGRAM BRANCH(dlf sector 53). but so far amount has not been received yet.i contacted them but no getting help from them.

        A refund has been made by flipcart on 15th of april 2019 regarding a product which i've buyed from the flipcart. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.           Dear sir

          A refund of 2599 rupees was successfully processed on 15th april 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my bank of baroda account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service but they told me they don't have any facility to check any details about my refund. No action is being taken.

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and the refund reference number of the transaction is[protected].

          Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

              I call baroda bank customer care he said within 15 days your money back to your account but till not received .And no any other reply for it. I also visit branch he told one month take for it and refused me.

                I HAD PURCHASED FROM AMAZON BLUETOOTH SPEAKER AND PAID THE AMOUNT THROUGH ONLINE MODE FROM DEBIT CARD OF BANK OF BARODA BUT RETURNED THE SAME ON 9-4-19. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE REFUND OF AMOUNT Rs.1299/-. AFTER THE CONVERSATION WITH AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE THEY HAVE GIVEN AN REFERENCE NO(74332749101910099774915) STATING THAT THEY HAVE ISSUED AN REFUND BUT THE BANK HAS NOT YET REFUNDED ME BACK.                   On 15 april i cancelled order of dell vestro. Amazon saying that refund is initiated. But i have not received any refund. They gave me reference i'd of the product.

                  So i want to file disput complaint against bank.

                    I have taken an edu loan from my daughter long time back. I had returned the entire principal amount and some interest. Subsequently the remaining interest were waived by the govt. Of india. The branch manager as well as some officer from ho assured me to repay all the money then they will return my property document. But in spite of clearing all the dues the bank is not returning the same and requesting me to write to their ho. I am a sr. Citizen and not keeping well these days and i have nobody to look after myself it is not possible for me to come and enquire at the bank every time. I have filed an online complaint vide no. 1217161 about one month back but there is no further communication. Shall be grateful if somebody may pls look into the matter so that i could get my document and a "no claim certificate." at the earliest. Regards

                      Respected sir,
                      Through the column of your complaint cell, i am going to draw your kind attention towards the misbehaviour of bank manager posted at jkbank "manwal" for the following reasons:
                      1. Bank manager had deducted an amount off rs 19000 without my consent.
                      2. When i visited him for the above query, he misbehaved with me and used stupid words.
                      3. He had not give any clearification and said "jaa ja jo krna kr" & "also said"its not his duty to remind us fr any deduction.
                      4. When i requested him to find out the solution, he simply replied get out of ma office.
                      5. I felt ashamed of his misbehaviour, as i am a government employee and a regular customer of the jk bank. His irresponsible behaviour is not tolerated by me.
                      So i request you to take strict action against him.

                          I had purchase a thing from Amazon but they couldn't delivered at my place. And i'd paid from my credit card. I'd talked with Amazon customer care they told me that they had initiate our amount. Amazon has been refunded from there side but the Amount has not been credited in my account.                                 Bank of baroda ustomer care representatives arent helkping either.

                                  I had paid first time application fee at 09/03/2019 but the payment failed
                                  And the amount has 1500rs deducted from my account. But the payment status is not completed showed.
                                  Next time i had paid my application fee at 12/03/2019 and the payment is completed.

                                  The second time transaction i'd is "s97771326" and transaction no is "[protected]" and receipt no. [protected]
                                  I humbly request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. So i can get my refund from my bank

                                    I imran sheth have came to bharuch mohammadpura branch to withdraw amount from my father account i showed my orignal adhar card. He asked zerox from me. Show me the law that you need zerox in bareer cheque. Compaint shoul be solve in 1 week or the thing which i do with your bank or employee will be your responsibility.                                       I was supposed to receive a payment from a merchant as i had returned a product. But the same has not been reflected into my account even after 74 days. The merchant has provided me arn id.
                                      I’ve had a word with the customer care as well as base branch and submitted multiple complaints but no resolution for the same has been given to me.
