I harisha dj, wanted to deposit cash in my own account of ₹ 1270, denomination if ₹10*127. They rejected that, we are not accepting coins from past year. They said they are prohibited by rbi itself. They said we have got a notice. But they didn't show any notice. They behaved rude and said whomever you complaint we don't care. How can we get coins without distrubting by bank earlier. Now they itself not accepting those coins. Is this the way to behave with customer

    I am customer of bank of baroda and applied home loan with pmay scheme

    Its already passed 1.5 year

    I take many follow ups from branch regarding my pmay scheme

    But every time i am get same answer
    Its under process

    So i want to know that how many processes will still run

    I am unable to understand that
    Where is the actual problem?
    Because i never get update from branch, as well as region
    Every time i contact to branch and asked about status of my claim

    But i didn't get any mail, any call from the branch regarding this.

    So right now i want to understand.
    Current status of my claim and where is the actual problem to not release subsidy...
    Need reply about current status...

          A refund has been made by amazon on 29th of mnov regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible

            Refund of rs. 499/- has been made by amazon on 23th of november 2019 regarding a product (Order number is #[protected].

            But, the refund has not been received yet.
            Bank of baroda is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
            I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

            I have ordered a shoe from Amazon... Than i cancelled it for some reasons.. It's been almost 7 days.. And I haven't yet had my refunds.. Amazon claim to have refunded from there side... Nd they claim it to be the banks problem. Amazon have initiated the refunds on 20 November and the reference number was 084510
            I did not get refund in my account but refund had been done by amazon.

                Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I processed ten thousand rupees to withdraw money from Hindaun City BOB ATM at around 10 o'clock yesterday, in which money was deducted from my account and money was not received from the ATM and the money so far did not return to my account, please soon send my money to my account after getting information as soon as possible.                 I Will deposit one thousand ruppes by ATM machine form Jhotwara branch but money is deposit but it's not received in my account .
                So please solve my problem.

                            I tried to contact flipcard and paytm care, but they gave me resolution that you have to contact your bank for charge back complain.

                            So request bank to interfier with my transaction and solve the querry, i didnt recieve the product or money

                                Subject: request for removal of a wrong lien.

                                This is to bring to your notice that while authenticating the bank statement for our account number – [protected] for the period of november - 2019, we find a wrong lien of inr 6, 02, 860/- (Rupees six lakhs two thousand eight hundred)

                                I am writing this to you for a consideration in removing the lien made on my account no. [protected]. We have been charged regularly for cash deposit charges. Now suddenly, bank has made lien of the said amount against bank charges. As a business entity we can not bare the effect of liquidity. Due to this lien we are suffering from shortage of liquidity of fund which will affect routine business cycle, these may affect profitability as well as reputation of our company. As we are not interested to go via legal litigations or banking ombudsman, we shall be ever grateful if i get an affirmative response for the removing lien on my account.

                                  Sir as i shailendra kumar proprietor of m/s riya industries lamtara industrial area katni plot no 24 and 45.
                                  1. As i am enjoying a bank guarantee and cash credit of 45 lakhs and 10 lakhs with bank of baroda.
                                  2. As the bank is not accepting the stock statements and the branch manager whenever i visit always he use to use threatening words that i will convert your account into npa do whatever you want.
                                  As today on 28/11/19 i visited branch on approx 12:30 pm he gave me a threatening that i will convert your account to npa do whatever you want to do while i am a reputated person and due to this behaviour of the cheif manager in the branch it's so rude.
                                  So lastly requesting you to please dismiss this types of managers from the branch so that the customers can trust the bank.

                                    Iots of time we face the problem in your bank and the employee of the bank misbehaving me many time they are not working properly
                                    Mostly employee of bank of baroda they are not working properly and they spend more time in surfing in mobile they don't focus the customer and they delayed their work as much as possible

                                      Dated 23.11.2019 amount rs. 11, 500/- transfered through imps (M connect plus)
                                      Imps transaction status shows timed out. Amount neither credited to benificery account nor credited to customer account
                                      Customer care people told t+2 days amount will be automatically credited
                                      Now they told complaint has to be raised 7-10 working days required to solve the issue

Machine is located in bank building, customer can use it during bank time. Than after bank hours and public holidays no one can use it because it is located in bank building.                                         Poor behaviour and poor services.delay in works. Harassment work only.they never talk politely. Whenever I visit in bank staff avoid . they say come next time and next time say next time. Always talk rudely.this is not only with me while everyone facing this issue.
