Hi, good morning, i am nibedita bag, an account holder of bob barrackpore branch. I brought some items from amazon last month (21ts & 23rd dec19), but i had to return them for some reason.       Bank of baroda is being that it will take 14 to 15 working days for reflacting in my bank account.

        On 07/01/2020 i was depositing money through cdm machine the amount was of 500*185 = 92500. But i got the error of hardware. Soon i log the complain about this to the near branch and as this was the hardware error their was not any transaction detain. Now they closed the complain with excuse of no transaction found. The thing is while their is hardware error it means the machine components is at malfunction. And so the atm stag must be of well aware to take care of such complain. After one week they still showing the lack of interest to solve my issue. I hope to get it solve asap.

              Redmi a1 phone was ordered on amazon on (15 october, 2019) but unfortunately cancelled later. Refund is not arrived in my account till the present date (10 january, 2020). Kindly get my refund initiated. I have contacted amazon customer service but got no result. They say they have done their work. It was worth 4000 rupees but they are refusing to repay it.

                  A refund has been made by flipcart on 2nd of december 2019 regarding a product which i've buyed from the flipcart. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.                         I am Manjunath K R from Bangalore with car no. KA53 P0892. I have taken fasttag from Bank of Baroda, K R Puram branch, Bangalore. Though I have not travelled after receiving fast tag, the amount is getting deducted. Today is the 4th time the money is deducted from past 15 days at electronic City phase1 toll in Bangalore. I have complained on 24th of December 2019 to Bank of Baroda Fast tag helpline. They registered a complaint and issued complaint no. CMP[protected] and CMP[protected] for refund and to correct the information respectively. But till today it is not rectified and refunded.Again 2 more times money is deducted. I am unable to complain through Bank of Baroda Fast tag helpline as it is not getting connected.

                        Please do the needful and oblige.

                              Recently tried to take out a certain amount from my atm and it processed and gave a me a transaction slip with a response code 070. I checked my account balance and it shows that correctly, any idea what could be wrong?

                              I tried all these atm but everywhere this error was occurring. Will my problem be solved soon?

                                  I am trying to make a neft payment and getting a freze (Account freeze) error.
                                  I have not been notified of any problem with the account. What is this error and why i am not notified about it?

                                    1) an amount of rs 600/- has been deducted on 21/12/2019 from current account without any prior intimation. A few months ago the minimum balance was raised from rs.1000/ - to rs.3000/- with prior notice and several intimations. But this time there was no information given. So, refund of the the deducted money is requested.

                                    2) while trying to make complaint through the online complaint portal system, everytime the system mentions that the account number is wrong.

                                      The amount of 1352 and 1460 ₹ of refund from amazon online shopping isn’t received. Amazon claims that they refunded money respectively 16th December and 18th December. But we aren’t getting it yet.

                                      So I request to you, please check this and in short time refund it to my bank account.

                                      It’s been now 15 days after complain request is submitted.
