What is reason of my lien amout and this is 3rd time lien amount is frezzed and i don't have any of bounced cheque or pending transactions so please provide me with the necessary details for the same and please release the lien amount from the account. My branch account is Surat, navyug college please do the needful.

      Please look after at complain no 2197882 i am again saying check my ac i deposit cheque to close loan ac why bank staff did not close ac because of staff negligency i have lost my subsidy i sent attachment which i sent branch also.all metter i have wrote in application then why you and your team do not getting my point what i am saying.Please do needful at your end so i can get benefit my subsidy

        When i doing a transaction via google pay, phone pe, upi transactions etc... Transactions are failed or else service unavailable and mobile app is not working in saturdays and sundays... Till now i didn't see these type of banking sector and services... Every time when i do higher transactions if error gets, amount will be debited and to credit amount it takes 7-10 working days. Who will wait till 7 days if they do higher transactions...

          Dear sir/madam
          Inspite of the failed transaction through my rupay card of bank of baroda in an axis bank atm rs.7000 were debited from my account but no cash was received. This is just about today (30/12/19). The atm screen was clearly showing transaction failed but we received a message that our money has been debited. The atm id was 00aecn8370 of ranchi. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

            Refund of rs. 1571/- has been made by flipkart on 09 dec 19 regarding a product (Order number is #od[protected].
            "the reference number of the refund is ref - 30005193359343240002567.
            But, the refund has not been received yet.
            Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
            I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

              I did one forex transaction at ibb, surat. But due to bank's mistake transaction was failed and they cut charges after then i re initiate the payment and payment was successfull. But bank charged two times as it was bank's mistake after then when i asked to them then bank said to give some time to check the details but they didn't give me reply when i called surat ibb branch then again they said that give some time as i feel that there are not customer friendly staff and they cut my call. I don't know how to handle this psu bank's staff. As i am suffering in this whole process from last one month.

                I was making payment for airtel landline bill for amount of 1, 058 rupees, through bank of baroda-net banking - online, transaction reference number[protected], biller's name-airtel, full-bill-amount-1, 058 rupees, date on which payment made by me - 20 th december-2019, since this payment was declined and so this payment was unsuccessfull so an amount of 1, 058 rupees was deducted from my bank of baroda savings bank account, so kindly refund an amount of 1, 058 rupees into my savings bank account number-[protected] at the earliest because only bank of baroda declined my payment of 1, 058 rupees towards bill payment of my airtel landline number.,

                  Dear sir,
                  I had made online purchase of rs. 11005/- with amazon.in
                  With following order details. (Transaction details: ebank:[protected]/rbbc[protected]/billdesk. Dated on 02/11/2019)

                  1) order #[protected]
                  2) order #[protected]
                  3) order #[protected]
                  4) order #[protected]
                  5) order #[protected]

                  But due to delay in delivery i have to cancel order.

                  When i asked for refund to amazon, they told me we have done it. I asked for transaction details, they didnot give me and told me to contact your bank.

                  When i communicate with my bank they have checked and send me details as per below.

                  *bank replied : payment done via transaction reference number rbbc[protected] has been successfully settled to the merchant.

                  Again i had contacted amazon, they told me we have resolved issue and will get payment within four to five days.

                  After five days we have not received payment and again i asked to amazon for refund and transaction details, they told me that we can not see transaction details online. You compain to bob through charge dispute form.

                  All in all till i have not received my refund even through complain to both.

                  *amazon representative says: we refunded payment.
                  I have not received my payment till the date.

                    My name is viral bharatbhai patel and i had ordered sporto fitness home gym set of rs.1359 in amazon on 23 november 2019 and after it it got cancelled by seller. And on 08 december 2019 refund was initiated.
                    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # 2que576t0000k2nxm09e and told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of baroda doesn't have such policy. So

                      I have ordered for an electronic appliances from amazon.com which after receiving it i didn't like it for some reason and then i had to return it. And i got a mail that they had refunded it to my bank account, but i didn't get any refund amount in my account from the bank. I have tried talking to the bank staff but they didn't respond me. I should have been receiving the amount before 2 months but i haven't received the amount from the bank.

                        I have used my bob debit card at an andhra bank atm (Kanderpada dahisar west) i typed in ₹ 10, 000/-
                        But then the screen showed machine out of service. Transaction failed.

                        But the message in my mobile came as debited 10, 000/- whereas i did not get the cash from the machine.
                        Kindly let me know what i need to do. The customer service is not very helpful. That will only allow you to block you card.

                          The reference number of the refund for order no. Od[protected] is - 30005193369337240001676 and for order no. Od[protected] is -[protected].
                          But only 1 refund received in my account and second refund has not been received yet.
                          Bank is saying one amount has been received. I've talked to them for second refund again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.

                              I got the refund from amazon for my order but the refund is not showing in my
                              Bank account the total amount is 1090 rsi got frustrated by this issue.. On 15 nov i order sunflower oil 5 ltr 2 can from amazon and i got damage item then amazon give me refund for it then after 7 days i doesn't got the money so i call amazon the amazon tell me to call bank and provide refrel no to bank then i call bank and bank is saying me wait 14 days ok then i wait for 14 days but after 14 days i still not got the money so i call amazon again they tell me to fill up the form so i complaing heree please help me and give me my money as soon as possible

                                  I have order product of 999 rs from amazon.in
                                  On 03-december-2019
                                  I have made payement by two methods 500rs by amazon pay balance
                                  And 499rs by my bank of baroda debit card.
                                  I have cancelled order within few minutes because it was in correct.
                                  So i got refund of 500 rs amazon pay balance immidiately.
                                  But 499rs of card payment not recivied yet.
                                  I have contacted both bank and amazon customer care but no satisfying response. Amazon says to file charge dispute.

                                    I submitted my money 3500 in bank of baroda casher machine money went but didn't reach to account and then gave application but now they r saying money has been refunded. We dint gave any of our account no so to whom did they refund. Kindly requesting u to give kind attention as it's urgent between that they also said it will come in 7working days. Days also passed still no action to taken.

                                      Sir 5 dec ko jio no [protected] rs.1699 ka recharge myjio se amazon upi k dwara kiya gya, transaction successful ho gya jiska bank refrence id[protected] h, pr mob no recharge hua nhi. Bank dwara jio ko successfully transfer kr diya gya pr jio wale bol rhe h unhe receive nhi hua jabki mere acount se amount deduct ho chuka h. Bank se baat karne pe bank wale bol rhe h ki balance merchant k paas placed ho gya h pr jio wale bol rhe h unhe recieve nhi hua h. Sir transaction cancel karke balance refund karne ki kripa karein. Please help me.

                                        I have return a smartphone to amazon.. And refund is initiated on 7 dec... And amazon says the amount is credit in 4 working but after all working days the amount has not credit in my account yet now... When i contacting with my bank of barodra they are saying that there is no amount generated form amazon when i am that the refund reference no id generated please check by this... Then they saying that we can not check with the reference number... I requested many times but bank is not accepting my request... Please help me!
