Dear sir, We are very upset by servise provided by citrus payment gateway using bank Of maharashtra. I (Patil shrikant harishchandra) have made online redbus tickit booking Using online bank of maharashtra. (Citrus payment gateway) Details of banking transaction Acount number [protected], mantralay mumbai acount I booket 2 tickits for pune to bhusawal, on 13.09.2016. The mail of debit Was received as following [protected]@mahabank.co.in 11:35 pm Dear customer, thank you for banking with bank of maharashtra. Your A/c no xxxx2269 has been debited by rs. 1, 754.00 on 14-sep-2016. A/c bal is Rs. 16, 165.65 cr and avl bal is rs. 16, 165.65 But tickit is not booked. Redbus gave response as following, We regret the inconvenience caused to you. This e-mail is in response to your request, for the refund of the money That is deducted on www.redbus.in.The money that is deducted from your Account has not reached us as its a fail transaction. From our past experience, we have seen that in such cases the money Normally remains with the bank. This refund will be initiated by your bank. Usually in such cases, banks automatically refund the amount, kindly get in Touch with your bank. Sir, why such repeated failure in online banking??? On same day, other transactions using billdesk were nice. Please upgrade Your service. Refund my money early, so that i can book other tickit soon. If i do not got tickit, who is responcible??
