I purchased beetel 3G USB card from Vijayawada but the product not working i given again to the same beetel shop they are changing the items.The beetel company is frode company pl don't buy any product from beetel.I called so many time all telephone lines from company (ifhttp://www.beetel.in/contact-us) all Phone Nos not working.As per my knowlodge company product and service very very bad My mail id [protected]@yahoo.com and company also not providing support they are aim only sales.They are give adverdisement in Hindu also pl carefull. Pl don't aby any product from beetel company.Thank you

the very worst company in india is beetel...they never provide proper service to the customer.the worst one.never buy any product of beetel.if the product is fails to work then there is no service center to lodge ur complain.so be careful and never buy beetel products...
i am Pravat Kumar Routray and i have complain about beetel service.due some problem in my beetel 3g data card .i submitted to the beetel service center on 12/10/2012 but till now i don't have my beetel data card.the service center people giving me date after date but they are not submitting my data card to me...it is the worst service i ever got... and my product no is MF IMEI=[protected]

    Dear Sir/Mam
    I am Surajdeep Jamwal from Noida UP. I Purchased a Beetel Mobile ( GD 440) on 20th April 2011 through "Homeshop 18". but after a week or two I faced problem with this handset. a heating problem and FM is not working without memory card. Now I feel very bad due to purchase this Mobile handset. Kindly replace or repair my mobile on urgent basis.

      Dear sir,
      I bought a Beetel MF190 last year November, it is a worst product.I get very low speed comparing to Hwaei product while company claims o[censored]pto 7.2Mbps speed. I am not only suffering from speed rather there are few malfunction in this product, heating severely,auto disconnect frequently etc.Speed compared with same SIM,same area,same Laptop.
      I advise/request/suggest to avoid buying this product if anybody planning.This is really a worst product.

      I bought a Beetel GD 200 this July15th 2011 it is a worst product.I get very low speed and motherboard problems. heating severely, auto disconnect frequently etc.
      already motherboard replaced. this mother board also same problem immediately. so, this beetel mobiles very, very, very too worrest mobiles.

      I advise/request/suggest to avoid buying this product if anybody planning.This is really a worst product.

        I have purchased a Headphone from Beetel at
        Reliable Junction ,1st floor.,Total Mall Kempfort, Old Airport Rd,blore-17.

        Invo no-271. They dont keep duplicate of bill to avoid tax.I have purchased the bill with 1 yr warranty ,The headphone was not checked as he didnt have any audio to test. The shopkeeper agreed that he would exchange in case it had any fault. I agreed to it. But when i used it , i found that it wasnt working as it was a new headphone!!!
        Well immediately i went next day ,but that guy who sold me the headphone was not in the shop!! I had to make multiple visits...but no use!! every time he started saying new excuse....i have visited 10-12 times and now decided to log complaint as to prevent the shop from selling defective products.....

        I want some action to be initiated against shop for selling defective products and not keeping thier word of exchanging the product!!!

        These ppl are cheats....

          I have submitted my beetel Cordless phone at Accel Frontline Services Limited,Bhopal.
          Phone model X48 on 21 March 2011 which I bought on 23 Feb 2011 having battery problem that the "Battery is Dead, cannot power".
          Till date I have not received back my set .
          All they are saying the service center peoples from last 1 and a half month is that "battery (or may be the whole set) is in transit, we will inform You when we receive it".
          I have Contacted on the customer service of Beetel also but got no positive response from them.

          WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT FROM BEETEL WHEN THEY CAN'T REPLACE A SINGLE OF BATTERY ?

            I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that I have purchased in your store.

            On the 225th of April, 2011, I bought a brand new Beetel GD405 mobile, When I am using Net on hand set it is being hang and showing error NOT ENOUGH MEMORY & processing speed is slow. It is hanging 10-12 times in a day. No PC Suit availabe for it. To get connected with PC (I have checked on your web sight.

            Please advise me what to do because I don't want to get repaired a NEW 2 days old handset. I insist on getting a refund of my full payment or give me the upper model of beetel GD-530 mobile.I will pay the rest amount of it. So please sort out my problem as soon as possible. I am waiting for your favorable response.

              dear sir,
              I bought beetel cordless X62 on 27/2/2011 and on 29th march, 2011 its adapter stopped working. i called cutomercare and they gave me local beetel service center's number and address.

              when i went to that service center, they said "we do not deal in cordless". i asked them what should i do now. Then he called distributor, who gave someone else number and when he called on that number then that person again gave someone else's number.

              And finally the last number he got does not working.

              The person in service center is also irritated from the beetel company and he want to get rid of it.
              I, even sent mail to beetel customer care but they dont even care to reply back.

              And when i made call on their customercare they said that i have to give my adaptor for like one month so that they can send it somewhere and get it repaired or replace.

              i dont understand why those people are making to so difficult to replace my adaptor.

              Now i know that beetel is worthless and awful brand with very poor service.
              i'll never go for it again in my life!!!!

              PLEASE HELP ME!!!

                I am Rajiv Arora from Ghaziabad UP. I Purchased a Beetel Mobile ( GD 305) on 17th March 2011 to Local Dealer Aerocom. Since Initial day I faced problem with this handset.
                Networks are not coming in this mobile. I try many SIM (Vodafone/ Idea/ Airtel/ Dolphin) but notworks are not appear and this is useless for me.
                On 31st March I came to Authorized service centre (Asian Tech Commumnication, Vaishali, Ghaziabad) and ask for this problem then at that Location Networks appears sligtly.
                But Networks not Appear in Ghaziabad Location. Same thing I told to Authorized service centre but they denay my Problem bcoz at Service centre Location Networks Appear slightly.

                Now I feel very bad due to Purchase this Mobile handset. This mobile is useless for me bcoz I cant use this mobile due to Non Availability of Networks. No Body give me the solution at present.
                Seller told me that I have to go Service Center. On Service center Location Networks Appears. Ghaziabad is very big city and I am using mobile services since 10 - 11 years when calls were very costly.
                Kindly replace my mobile on urgent basis.
                First Time I purchased Beetel Mobile and my entire money had gone I think. I cant understand this kind of Company Beetel.
                Plz find the Attached Mobile Bill Copy.
                Plz Replace my Mobile on urgent basis.
                Revert me on urgent basis.

                  i buy beetel gd 405 but i am facing with large pics opening and connecting with pc

                  i am asked to turn off the phone. but then the drive which appears in "My Computer" does not open.

                    i have purchesed beetel MF190 to see it's speed but from since i have using it i'm not getting the same speed whic it's given on cover ..the downloading speed is arond 4-5 kbps ..

                    U can run this modem in Windows7.I think u will get better speed.I am also using this modem now .my download speed is around 35-48Kbps.

                      I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that I have purchased in your store.
                      I am Anuj Gupta, I am a regular customer of your company. On the 5th of November, I bought a brand new Beetel GD405 mobile, Batch No. [protected]. However, upon one week o[censored]sing it, problem started to appear. The processing speed is slow. Also, it has no compatible driver CD while the data cable has been given with its accessories. I am facing problem to connect the system which makes it difficult for me to inserting the themes, songs and wallpapers in my mobile memory. I was very surprised to discover such kind of problems in quite Beetel model.

                      Naturally, I returned the mobile phone in your service center to be replaced with a new one or rectify the problem. My complaint no. is[protected]. But after one week they returned my handset to me as usual. I am very upset and I am not satisfied for your poor service.
                      In this regard, I insist on getting a refund of my full payment or give me the upper model of beetel mobile.I will pay the rest amount of it. So please sort out my problem as soon as possible. I am waiting for your favorable response.

                      It doesnt mean that beetel IS not qulity product. I apriciate beetel mobile to there qulity productION. But you not try to find driver to connect internet from other resources. I ll tell the alternative source is www.umnet.com where u ll get driver to access internet SERVICE on pc.
                      I had purchased GD 405 dual sim mobile handset in January 2011 from our local outlet at paschim vihar new delhi-110063. From the first day my hand set battery discharge in six to eight hour, receiver speeker voice is not clear, mouth speeker is also giving return voice, hand set blinking in five ten minute automatically, charger of the handeset is also not working ok. I am trying to contact with your service centre but unable to contact because no body inform the address and contact no. of your service centre. The handset require to replace immediately.Please inform to whom I have to contact on my mobile [protected] and also e-mail the address of the service centre to my e-mail address satish21.[protected]@rediffmail.com.                       I purchased the GD405 and within 3 days o[censored]se line started to appear and complained to the Beetal office and they told me to take it to the nearest service centre and i wanted to change the theme as the incomming call number or names are not at all visiable as the background colour and number colour is almost the same ie., blue and red and its difficult to read who has called up but the service centre took almort 9days to get the display replaced as the parts has to come from the company and the theme setting is by default and cannot be changed can anybody help me

                        I have bought one Beetel MF190 3g usb modem. Since i use Linux (Fedora 12) OS in my laptop I bought this modem as I saw it is compatible in linux written in the packet of the product. But I could not connect it in linux though windows is ok for this. I tried to tell them my problem at their customer care number but they could not solve and now they are just lifting my phone but dont even speak a single word. Its a kind of harassment . Even i mailed them at their customer care mail id customer.[protected]@beetel.in but they did not send me any reply.
                        I want them to give me the instruction how do i connect it in Linux.

                          The model CB 67000 LAZER was purchased by me at Croma, Hadapsar Pune in year June 2008. After 2-3 months of purchase there was a problem in th phone as incoming calls were not received( no sound) When taken to Croma shop, I was advised to take it to Beetel service centre ( only 2 in Pune). I took it to theirKothrud, Pune cntre. There they told me that set is to be sent to Delhi and we need to get a new set as the set may be faulty. Whole process took aroud 2 months. Again when I got the set back I faced same problem after 2-3 days i[censored]se. Now I was advised to change battery. Initially they told that the battery is a fake one and I need to get battery from theircentre, It again took time. Now I spent Rs 250 and got batteryy from their centre , again the problem continues.

                          I am really fed up and relent on my decision of buying this Beetel product with such poor performance and response to customer. My warranty period is also over and the set is with me almost new with no use..

                            Dear Sir,

                            Undersigned has purchased a Beetel E11 USB Modem(IMEI-[protected]) on 01.10.10 from M/s. Amnil Associates , Agra (Invoice No.-513) , from the day one it has problem of not detecting Sim.
                            I had inserted several Sim Cards but error “ Wireless Modem not detected” arrives.

                            Then on 06.10.10 I submitted this data card to Your Lucknow Authorized Dealer M/s. Shambhavi Telecom ( Receipt No.-463 , CRM No.- 455) but it has been more then one week & I have not received it.

                            When contacted Dealer , his replies are like this – “There are Commonwealth games in Delhi that’s why it will take another 15 Days to get back).

                            I am not getting satisfactory answers from anywhere.


                            Please Help Immediately.

                              I purchased a Beetle cordless phone Beetel X49 on 24/8/2010 from Badyal Music House Apsara Road Gandhi Nagar Jammu vide Bill No. 20854
                              It stopped functioning merely after 2 days which gave me a great surprise then I gave my phone to your authorized service provider viz. J&K automation company, Karan Market Jammu vide slip no 4220 for repair.
                              They assured me that i will get my instrument back within a week.
                              And now after giving my repeated visit to the J&K automation company which is 40 Km. away from my residence I am been told that I must talk to the Company in Delhi,
                              Had I been aware of all this I would have never gone for the brand which is having a Name in the Market
                              Now I am been tired with all this, so please look into the matter

                                I bought one Beetel Set Top Box (S 25) in the month of Septemer, 2010. On the 8th of October, 2010, the instrument started not working and I contacted the local dealer with the instrument and also lodged a complaint in Customer care e-mail ID of Beetel. I got a reply that my complaint would be redressed by the Company's executive within 24 hours but as 48 hours have passed and on the 12th day of complaint, I did not get my instrument repaired. The local dealer has replied that they had contacted the company's representative at Kochi and Delhi for a new circuit board but did not get it.

                                  i had bought a beetel lazer cordless phone from reliance world in jalandhar on 9/11/09 bill no 0020
                                  article no[protected], i had faced a problem regarding a poor battery back up.on being contacted u r sales person he said recharge it properly , problem persisted i submitted my handset twice at u r office they did not took care about the issue & returned me the same set again, once with default charger then un repaired set tell me where my fault is at buying a product from u r store, is this the fault kindly help me solve the problem

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    It is a matter of great concern that taking into account the name & reputation of your company in the market, I purchased one of your product i.e a set 'Beetal LB-61000 clip call ID telephone from your authorized dealer in Panipat i.e M/S City Infotech Devices vide Bill No. 644 dated 13.05.09 amounting to Rs.2870.00.

                                    At the time of purchased, it was told that it is a good Model of your Company & its life is also long lasting.

                                    Keeping in view the recommendations of your dealer & reputation of your company, I purchased the above set.

                                    However,now I feel myself cheated since it did not provide satisfactory services.

                                    1. Its battery did not give good back up & immediately after breakdown of electricity, it stop functioning hence I could not use its Cordless phone properly.

                                    2. Now within a period of one year the display of the cordless has been washed away.

                                    Though the above faults were experiencing since 3-4 months but I could not traced the concerned bill hence your dealer was not contacted. When the bill was traced then considerable time was consumed to trace the concerned dealer who shifted their showroom from GT, Panipat to Tehsil Camp Panipat.

                                    When contacted your dealer he replied that as per bill date ( 13.05.09) ,warranty period is over hence around Rs. 600-700 will be charged for replacing the Display part with new one.

                                    You will appreciate that from the exact date of purchase i.e 13.05.09 upto today, total period is calculated as 14 months.The piece has also been used in my house along with other phones available in the house .Therefore , needless to mention that I have not used your product exhaustively.

                                    Under the above circumstances, I approach your good office to pl. pay attention to my grievance & take appropriate action in the matter so that I can feel that company is sincere to resolve the genuine grievance of its valuable customers.

                                    Hoping a prompt favouarable action .

                                    Beetel Cordless Phone — Defective Set

                                    Sir,

                                    I have purchased a beetal cordless phone in combo set but within a two month from the date of booking, the phone was not working properly. Due to this, i have replaced the same set of phone thrice a time within 4-5 months from the date of purchase from there service center but all the sets are same.

                                    Beetal is a part of Bharti Group, which is no. 1 company in communication sector of our country. But due to this type of cases i think the brand value of the group will dimish.

                                    From the consumer point of view, never purchase a Beetal phone in any condition, it's my personal request to all of you guys who are reading this mail.

                                      The phone keypads no.s does not work

                                      I purchased the Three BEETEL Mobiles from Karnal on[protected], It worked fine some time afterwards both the handsets started giving problem, that there keys 2,4,8 stopped working. when I sent them to Karnal Service Center, it took more than one month and I got the phones back saying that the IC was malfuncting. Again on November the phone started giving same problem again (after 10-15 days of usuage). I got it submitted it again at Panipat...

                                      I own a Beetel mobile which i bought from BSNL.My mobile has not been recognizing any SIM card and i found out that it happened because of the IMEI number mis match.I am unable to get to any customer care.
                                      Its a branded company and i dont expect a branded company providing fake mobile phones.Can anyone do anything about it please.....
                                      Well, I do have a Beetel GD 405 handset and it is not capable of connecting to the internet.. I have tried working with couple of Internet Service Providers and changed settings according to their requirements but none of them were able to connect my handset to the internet.. It is such a waste to purchase this handset and then not able to connect to the internet.. I would love if the Beetel company has a helpline no that can actually help its cust with their technical problems..
