Password

i lost the password and default password 0000 not working
i try to find out service centre but not available also on beetel official web site.

please help me for solution for removing the password.

I have purchased a beetel cordless phone (model No.CB 61000) on 8/7/2009 from Quilon radio service,Thiruvananthapuram. The is completely dead after one month. I returned the phone at the shop from where I purchased it on 10/10/09. I contacted the service person one Mr.Maneesh (Mob.No. [protected]) and according to him the phone was sent to Bangalore for replacement .So far I did not receive the replacement.

    GPRS IS NOT FUNCTIONING
    WHEN I CONNRCT MY MOBILE TO MY PERSONAL COMPUTER THROUGH DATA CABLE FOR INTERNET USE, THEN A ERROR OCCURED. THE ERROR IS " ERROR-777, THE CONNECTION ATTEMPT FAILED BECAUSE THE MODEM (OR OTHER CONNECTING DEVICE ) ON THE REMOTE COMPUTER IS OUT OF ORDER.
    I FACE THIS PROBLEN SINCE EVENING OF 16 SEP 2009. BEFORE THIS I CONNECT TO THE INTERNET VIA BETEEL USB DATACARD TO MY LAPTOP EASILY.

      1. I have taken a connection of internet in sep.2008, starting from the time of installation the power supply takes 10 to 15 min to connect the internet with local area.I have reported a lot of time.bsnl persons says that you should purchased new adopter from the market.

      2. The power supply of phone set was also made faulty with in 15 days.mic of set is not working in mode free hand.
      R/ sir kindly give the directive to your sub-ordinate to replace both the items as soon as possible. with regards

        WE HAVE PURCHASE 3 BEETEL LANDLINE PHONES BUT AFTER 2-3 MONTH THEY BECOME DEFECTIVE. SO SEND THESE PHONES TO THE BEETEL SERVICE CENTER IN JAMMU.(KARAN MARKET).IN SPITE OF REGULAR VISIT & ENQUIRY ABOUT IT WE HAVEN'T GOT ANY CORRECT INFORMATION.             I satish kanchan purchased a beetel db-6600 clip phone from Ambica Electronics 220, S V Road, Opp Post Office, Andheri (w)
            Mumbai 400 058 (TEL NO :[protected]on 11/08/2007 and given warranty of one year and informed by the seller that any problem in the instrument will be repaired without any cost, the instrument has been given to the said shop on[protected] for repair and told us the same will be sent to distributor for repairs on[protected] personal visit to the shop i was informed that for repairs it will take some time on contacting over telephone on[protected] i was told to contact directly to distributor on tel no 24332194 on contacting the distributor on the said number the attened told that the same can not be repaired as the ink has come in the phone and we can not do any thing and you can take up the matter with any body and in return asked to contact tel no[protected]service centre) for further details and in return the service centre person asked me to contact Mr.Saju Nair on his moble no.[protected] and Mr.Nair informed for repair i will have to pay Rs.325/- for repairing charges
            Pl note while purchaseing the instrument it has been told to us that any problem during warranty period the instrument will be repaired with out any cost, and the instument has not been retruned till date You requested to lookinto the matter and suggest the course of action to be taken

            my phone is not giving service at present and is out of order from 15 days of purchase.

            beetel phones — warranty

            ATTENTION!!!!!!! EVERYONE!!!!!

            iiFA named shop in vashi(navi mumbai) near dominos vashi(navi mumbai).is selling fraud product of beetel telephone to customer.and if it is warrenty then also he say the product is not replaceable or warrentied (when only and hardly 1 week of purchase date).the problem with product not displaying any thing on caller id screen not even date and time.(beetel model no p68).please dont buy products from this store named iifa at vashi(navi mumbai)..

            AT the time of purchase he also said that the product is warrenied for 1 year and given the stamp on warrenty card also.

              In the month of Dec. 2007, I purchased a Beetel cordless phone ( Model - 53000) with backup battery from Bhubaneswar shop ( S.R.Electronics, Bapuji Nagar). Very next month, the phone was not working. Since it was covered under one year warranty, I returned the same to the above shop for replacement / repair.After one month followup, I was forced to take another phone of different model ( CB-55000), which is not my choice. After few days, it was found that battery backup was not working. In the first week of August 2008, I got battery replaced with new one free of cost. Very next day, the new battery burnt. Now I am fed up with your product and service. Please do the needful. I feel that I have been cheated .

              Beetel Cordless Phone & Battery — Bad battery

              My Beeter cordless phone batter dies every 10 mins even though the manul claims it has talktime of 3 hours without re-charging. This is a 2 month old phone and despite my complaints the vendor has refused to take any action.
              Very much agree. I faced similar problem with my Beetel phone. The batter loses charge in 10 mins.
              Just go in for a basic corded phone.
              Nothing works better.
              I also agree to this. These people do not know how to make rechargeable batteries

                My parents purchased a Beetel cordless phone in June from Le Marche, Mega Mall. The phone stopped working now in august that is within 2 months of purchase. My father went to Le Marche, they gave him the Beetel Distributer office address & phone number at Charni Road & asked to go there & exchange it. My father called up the distributer, he said we dont know any company like Le Marche or Mega Mall. My father again went to Le Marche. They said we need the model number, show me the box of the phone. We showed him the bill where the model number was written. He again made another excuse that we will take back i[censored] have the box. we told him its 2 months we have discarded the box & the bill is with us.
                They started making excuses & returned us back. Le Marche are cheats. No customer service. Money & time wasted.
                If i get any contact of senior person in Le MArche or Beetel company, i want to take this matter ahead. Anyone knowing these details, pls help me.

                  Complaint Details : i purchased a beetel DTH set from a shop
                  named
                  JWALAELECTRICALS&HOME APPLIANCES, ADD.:-315, , MAIN MARKET, CROSS
                  ROAD, SANTNAGAR;(BURARI)DELHI-84 ON 02.09.2007 under guarantee for one
                  year, but it STOPED to work on 25.05.2008. then i deposited DTH SETOP
                  BOX to the shopkeeper on 25.05.2008 to repair my DTH.But now upto date
                  after 46days the shopkeeper cannot deliver my setopbox .I requested the
                  the shopkeeper many times, but the shopkeeper refused to return my
                  DTH.I also like to mention that he saled me replaced DTH as he saled it
                  two times.Due to misconducts of the shopkeeper, i am tired now.He has
                  refused to deliver my DTH absolutely.I have DTH BILL(No.-RI3615) and also
                  under warranty receiving card given by the shopkeeper.At last, i request
                  to you to inforce the shopkeeper to suuply my DTH immediately.I also
                  mention that the shopkeeper does not receive any complain notice as he
                  inforce the POSTMAN to return notice by writing "NO CURRECT ADDESS".
