We have purchase one Beetel 15.5" LED on 20.04.2012 and supplied to local customer. From the day one display was coming and disappearing. We have filed a complaint with Customer care of Beetel on 2.5.2012. They replied on 3rd and told us that engineer will come on 4th of May. Nobody came on that day when we called the customer care it was informed that our complaint was not in their record. They have recorded complaint once again on 4.05.2012 No.[protected]. On 14th (after 12 days for new product) one inexperienced person came and inspected the LED. He told us the the entire card will is to be replaced and will be done in two days. He disappeared and never come back. From that date we have contacted these inefficient peoples of Beetel. Rajeswar M. No. [protected], Ramji Lal [protected], Prabhakar [protected], Gaurav [protected], Verma [protected], Neelam [protected], Jitender Pandey[protected]. The non standard people wasted our 19 days by blaming each other. Till today the LED is not repaired finally we have dumped it in the shop from where we purchased it.

And today (after one month from the purchase date of Beetel LED) we have purchased a New LED of another company and give it to our customer in place of sub standard LED supplied by Beetel. And we have decided to not deal in Beetel Product in future and we are going to give notification in our website to avoid purchase of substandard beetel Product.

If Bharti have any responsible employee, please note it. And also analyse why you are employing these irresponsible people in your customer care. We are going to take necessary legal action also against this irresponsible company.

Beetel staff did not took any action till date and we have handed over the case to our Advocates and send legal notice to the office bearers of Beetel. All our known resellers have already stopped selling beetel product in Nehru Place

    I have bought Beetel GD777 mobile from home shop 18 April 2,2012 and received it after four days (they say its a fast shipping product and will be delivered in 2 days) anyways the products was defective the speaker was not working and straight away they asked me to go the service center on April 7,2012 and as a good Indian i followed, when i asked in service center they said part is not available with the company till today. What can I do now.

    Beetel — Vodafone settings

    I have a Beetel (mf190) Modem. I am a Vodafone2G user But any vodafone settings are not match this Modem. Please Help me. Thanks
    I can't able unlock my phone bcoz i forgett the unlock pattern.

        Sub: Out going call are not clear in my hand set GD777(BEETEL)

        With reference to my order number[protected] of Dehradun for Mobile Phone model No.GD777 was booking on 30th march by mobile phone [protected]. I have received phone dated 2nd April. But from same date mobile out going call was not proper. I have also talked in HOME SHOP 18 customer care but he say that see this mobile in Service centre. Today I went to service centre but he is saying that microphone are no working proper so in 15 days required to solve this problems. Due to these problems we have to purchase an other mobile for this time period so plz say me is it o.k. to purchase this mobile to HOME SHOP 18.
        I want to replace this mobile soon.

        phone bill not deposited for last 2 month period. now complete amount has been deposited including late fees, but still phone does not activated. bill amount was deposited before 5 days. please activate our phone as soon as possible.

          I have a 7.2 mbps beetel usb modem , its giving me only a maximum of 50 to 100 kbps speed while using VPN in TATADOCOMO.
          I have set modem speed to maximum in network settings. Should i complain retailer about the hardware?? or is their any solution??...

            dear sir,
            i ordered beetel gd 405 mobile phone at homeshop 18 tv channel 2 months ago. they showed that this is very beautiful phone , dual sim dual camera , web browser, qwerty keypad, calculator etc. and also free reliance big tv .
            i oredered and they delivered that and send a scratch card for big tv which had written that installation charges 850/- extra.
            when i start to use the phone there is no features is good that they showed. main thing the display combination of colour are very oad , when sombody calling number will display in red colour with black background, how anybody read the number? camera result is very very low , we can't use web browser because of it's low response. dual sim function is also difficult, when you want to dial any number from sim one it's easy but same thing with sim two you have to pass from many option so it is borring instrument. i had complain to beetel customer care they replied that every thing is ok we can't do anything, then i complained to homeshop 18 they replied but nothing done. dear sir by this way homeshop 18 and beetel both cheat the people , they done fraud with me. please give me justice,

                It is more than 2 months (date of complaint raised - 12-Oct-2011 ) and the UPS's with the below complaint numbers are not yet replaced or fixed.
                Every time we call Service centre they say that they had not got replacement from company
                No one reply's to the email address given on website
                contact us form does even work.

                  my complain is i have bought a Beetal product:- Code(Blast 2650-R) before 3 months after 1 week it's Remote and speaker is not working i logged the complain in service center:-410, 4th floor MODI TOWER nehru place new delhi-19 complain no:--CLG[protected],(on[protected] after 15 days i got my product but still it was same problem when i checked in the service center at time of receiving, so that i have given this back with complain no:-- CLG[protected]. after 1 week i made the call ([protected] ) to service center ,she replyed me it will take some more time i made the call again after 3 days she give me the reply same after that i made the call direct customer care no..[protected] they said to me ok i am logging your complain i have done this 5 time ... after every 2-3 days.. at last i got the service center manager contact no..ANkush:--[protected] he didn't recived my call but i made the call regular once he pick the call he ask me for another no.. head of service center:-- mr. sanjay sukla:-- [protected] i made the to him reply me it will solve with in 2 days after 3 days i made the to him he reply me parts has came and it will take 2 days more. after 3 days i called he given to me service center incharge no.. suraj prakash:-- [protected] i called him he says there no parts o[censored]r product ..... and now it has been completed today lets see ...........

                    I bought an 19" Beetal Vision 1019 LCD Monitor on dated[protected] model number m8wzs serial number 31e1a[protected]. This monitor stop working and become dead i called to the customer care logged complaint on dated[protected] they give us complaint number [protected] after that engineer visit on[protected] and checked out monitor and said to bring parts on next Friday on[protected] but i saw that he made many screw driver marks on monitor, when i asked to engineer he behave rudely and that day to till date no any engineer come and repair my monitor. After many times to complaint on customer care and service manager mr. ankush and sale manager mr rana but no action was taken.. Today when i called to customer care again they said your call has been closed and after my conversation they allot me a new complaint number [protected]. Please help me to solve this issue.

                        Purchased Beetel Telephone M85 through the web site maintained by the Bharati Group Enterprise. The said model phone is advertised as white phone, a reason for purchasing the unit. But the company has supplied Black phone without any prior intimation since the payment was made through credit card as specified in the online portal. The omission is brought to the notice of the company by email and expressed black phone is not acceptable. The company is reluctant to concede the omission comitted by the company Instead the company replied that White phones are not manufactured by the company and the model depicted in the website is being changed as per my suggestion, without conceding my request though I have not suggested to change the color of the phone in the website of the company. I conclude that the Company is not competent enough to run the online shopping since the consumer right is neither protected nor conceded. Regulation of this type of immature activity of online shopping shall be the prime objective of the Forums to protect the confidence reposed by the customers.

                            >I am K. Narasimha rao from Hyderabad AP. I Purchased a Beetel Mobile ( GD 200) on 14th July 2011 from Local Dealer. From the day-1, I am facing problem with this handset.

                            Mobile is getting heated within minutes and I am unable to use for more than 3 minutes due to the heat generating by the instrument. Also the handset is not able to connect to network.

                            On 3rd August I went to your Authorized service centre (Siri Communication, Hyderabad), they took more than 15 days to rectify the same. Again after taking back from them within 1 hour, the same problem was repeated. Again I have handed over the handset to Siri Communication, after keeping it for 20 days, they given back the instrument saying that the problem is rectified. After that also within 15 minutes the same problem repeated.

                            Now I request you to arrange for total replacement of the handset, as it is giving trouble from the day-1 and your authorised service centre also unable to rectify the problem saying that this is manufacturing defect.

                            Kindly replace my mobile on urgent basis.

                                    I have purchased the Beetel GD405 form Home Shop 18 in the month of July 2011.

                                    I had talked with Mr. Rohit (Beetel Customer Care Representative) about software of PC Suite for connecting Mobile to PC for the purpose of internet browsing.

                                    Mr. Rohit had cleared told me that this pc suite is not available with us and even i had talked with Home Shop 18 for PC suite and they replied that u will get in Internet.

                                    I had searched but i did not find.

                                    I had requested to Beetel but they did not respond.

                                    Now its all professional ethics of Beetel Co. and Home Shop 18. It should be transparency in terms of marketing as well as shopping and it should be communicated properly to the customer.

                                    I am really dispointed with Beetel as well as Home Shop 18.

                                    Looking forward for resolving this issues.

                                    Beetel — Cannot hear from the receiver

                                    For the last 2 months my BSNL landline phone is creating disturbance while calling or receiving calls. There is a continous disturbing sound which is not allowing us to hear or say anything.
                                    I need the user manual !!!

                                    Beetel — Not sending my mobile

                                    I have submitted my gd777 mobile in service center..
                                    But they are not giving any information about it,
                                    I have submitted on[protected].
                                    they asked me one month time for solving problem but after two months also they are not giving
                                    me proper information.

                                      I am Surajdeep Jamwal from Noida UP. I Purchased a Beetel Mobile (GD 440) on 20th April 2011 through "Homeshop 18". but after a week ago has a problem with this handset. Mobile handset heating problem when charging and calling and FM is not working without memory card. i went their service centre at (Ambe Electronic) Atta Market, Sec-18 on 11th June 2011 and they ensured me that the problem will be sorted out within a week but after a month i still not received my mobile phone back due to their poor service and response and their explanation is that there is no spare part of it and not able to repair now at this time. i have the only mobile phone and my work and bussiness suffer. Now I am decided to take legal action against Beetel Mobile Company and Ambe Electronic because they both of them are not responding me properly. This is my last confirmation complaint about them that if they still not repair or replace my mobile handset within three working days i will definitely sue them with my lawyer in lieu of this i have no other option what i can do. Such a ridiculous situation there they created and i feel very bad due to purchase this Mobile handset. I advised all of them that please don't purchase Beetel Mobile handset in future because there is no one treated you when u have a problem with that

I Purchased a Beetel Mobile (GD 440) on 7th july 2011 through "Homeshop 18". but after two days ago has a problem with this handset. Mobile handset display & red button (disconnect for calls)both are not working properly.Now i m waiting for bill from homeshop 18. But it is very same for the company just after two days i found such as a big problem by handset.Such a ridiculous situation there they created and i feel very bad due to purchase this Mobile handset. I advised all of them that please don't purchase Beetel Mobile handset in future because they have very poor quality.

I purchased a Beetel Mobile (GD 440) july first week through Homeshop 18" after a month my display is not working properly I have taken to service point near Jayanagar4th Block such a ridiculous situation there they created and there is no display stock from the complany and i feel very bad due to purchase this Mobile handset. I advised all of them that please don't purchase Beetel Mobile handset in future because they have very poor quality.

I Purchased a Beetel Mobile (GD 440) on 12 August 2011 through "Homeshop 18" & recived on 19 August by (First Flight courier ) but after 3 days Handset Show( invalid IMEI ).i went their service centre at (GERA TELECOM ) D Block, AUGUST 23/2011 and they ensured me that the problem will be sorted out within 2 Days This is software Problem. But after 7Days they said its mainboard problem. we change new main board within 7 days.sept 05 they change main board.But its not new its 2010 model & my mobile manuf. date july2011.I have facing Many problem.
                                      01.Sim network Not Stable
                                      02.Poor Sound.One speaker is created humming ( they change speaker & ringer But after playing speaker created heating & humming & very low sound
                                      03.now i have new IMEI So my hanset & handsetbox IMEI are not same its big Problem When Selling This Handset.

                                      I am K. Narasimha Rao from Hyderabad AP. I Purchased a Beetel Mobile (GD 200) on 14th July 2011 through retail dealer in Hyderabad. But after a week there was a problem with this handset. Mobile handset was generating heat when charging is not working. i went to your authorized service centre Siri Communications, Khairatabad, Hyderabad, A.P on first time 03th August, 2011 and they ensured me that the problem will be sorted out within a week but after a month i still not received my mobile. back due to their poor service and response and their explanation is not able to repair now at this time. i have the only mobile phone and my work and bussiness suffer. Now I am decided to take legal action against Beetel Mobile Company of them are not responding me properly.
