Dear Sir, Mam,
My name is shekhar mehta.On 2nd of December I got a call from Bharat pay loan and they told me My application Has been approved for 5, 00, 000/- and on the phone call they asked me to pay Rs1199 /- on Bharat pay loan site to start the process after I paid the amount, they asked again to pay Rs1599/-, for insurance policy and more amounts total i have paid rs 7098/- .after I paid this much then they asked more then I told them won't pay any single penny whatever I have paid refund the money please and cancel my loan subscription . After that I spoke to Neha Aggarwal +[protected] who is in charge there, she said there is a process and there are 3 options, i[censored] want refund then one more amount you have to pay or else you will have to wait for 15 days for Refund and it's been more than 28 days I haven't received any response yet and not from the nodal officers as well after i mailed them twice, I have been following up with every after 5 days on wats app asking them and they are still saying u have to wait for more 5 days and it's been really frustrating .
kindly look into this matter seriously, Am sending you the screen shots where I have paid .
