Bharti Airtel — non acknowledgement of online payment made via credit card on 1 sep 2019

I have settled my mobile dues online app of airtel by credit card on 1 sep 2019 for rs1063 and my bank has confirmed that airtels authorised collection dept cc avenue mumbai has received the same. I have furnished copies of bank debit and transaction id to airtel on the 6 sep itself when they have registered my complaint but till date they have not resolved the same and continue to send remiunders for payment and stop service.
I have very poor image of airtels working as per past experience and would like to port out no sooner the problem is resolved but they say that minimum period of 90 days to wait. I dont know if this condition applies to when airtel has taken over the customers of tata docomo in july.
1. Please let them connect to payment made by me
2. Please let them waive the minimum period of 90 days for porting as i am their subsciber due to their take over of tatadocomo and which would never be my choice from past experiences
