[Resolved] Bharti Airtel — Regarding wrong plan activated on postpaid connection | |||
I have port my idea prepaid connection to Airtel postpaid connection.As per there representative he offered me Monthly [protected]@299 and offer me 8 power packs and now they are provided me 6 power packs.When i called their agent and their representative they are saying do anything if you can do and using dirty words while communication.Also they are not changing my plan according to their commitment.I have also mailed my complaint to airtel complaint ID [protected]@in.india.com.But they have no feedback to me.
