[Resolved]  Big Basket — Account activation issue: Big Basket v/s bbdaily

I have been struggling with big basket and bbdaily since October 2021

Tickets raised for me without a solution:
bbdaily:

bigbasket:
[protected]
[protected]
[protected]

bbdaily login says "Account is inactive".
bbdaily asks me to contact big basket and activate the account.
big basket tells me the account is active and the problem is at bbdaily end.

Checked all permission settings on mobile and found no issue. Re-installed apps without luck.

There is no one in the customer service team who thinks out of the box and tries to solve the problem. They simply follow menu driven questions and talk like Robots.
