On[protected], I made a payment of Rs. 1, 594.17 to Big Basket for purchase of household groceries through Paytm (UPI Ref No[protected] and the amount got debited from my Bank account for Big Basket order but Big Basket showed t as "Payment failed". This amount was neither credited to Paytm wallet nor has the amount reversed back into my account. Both Paytm and my IOB (my Bank Account) have confirmed that this amount has been credited to Big Basket but Big Basket showed payment failed to me and I have to make another payment for the order.
