Bigbasket.com — Big basket account related

Hey I am Ratan Raj Vaish yesterday on 22nd December I ordered a item from big basket the order got cancelled and they said the order is cancelled due to the item is not in stock. I said ok they said place a new order we will credit 100 bb wallet after successful delivery as they said they did. In the evening I was trying to open account but account was showing inactive. I mailed them they saying you are using multiple accounts so that's why we are deactivating my account. I don't think this is the valid reason to do this.
