Big Basket — Charge of ballet

My bb wallet is showing -ve balance.As I am ordering from big basket it's showing to pay the negative balance.now my - be balance is -20.79, why it's becoming -ve which is completely fraud work by bigbasket.Kindly look into the matter, and let me know if the matter is solved .Here I am also sharing the screenshot for your reference.Please help into this matter.
