Bbdaily is doing fraud by making people to subscribe for 10 days free milk. Their customer team called me and explaned me about the offer and ask me to subscribe for 10 days free milk with some coupon. They didn't not tell me anything about terms and conditions. Suddenly one day i got call from bbdaily saying that milk will not be delivered due to insufficient balance. Then i checked my history and got to know that they are deducting money for so called free milk. When i called customer team then they explained me the terms and conditions that only every third day milk will be free and other will be chargeable. They should have explained me the terms and conditions before but they didn't. They are not refunding my money after raising many concerns. They are doing fraud and making money in this way. Be careful when you get call from big basket customer team. I am not going to use the big basket from now. Fraud company, fraud people.
