Bigbasket.com — Forcing me to buy a free item that hurts my sentiments

Trying to order few items from big basket app. It automatically adds item Eastern Chicken Masala that is added to my cart and then gave an equivalent discount of the price, i.e. 10 rs. This strongly hurts my sentiments as I am a pure vegetarian and buying this kind of masala even free, hurts my religious sentiments. Also, twice tried to reach out to customer care but they said they cannot remove the free item. Also asked for escalation but nothing happened. It is very sad to share this big basket does not bother about such things and hurts my strong religious and moral sentiments.
