[Resolved]  Bigbasket.com — Harassment from bigbasket customer care and local employee

I ordered 4 items 2 days ago and had paid upfront for a delivery promise before 10:00 am after 2 days, i.e. 6th August 2022.
On the day of delivery the executive only delivered one of the product at 7:50 am and promised to give the other product same day within the time frame, i.e before 10:00 am.
Without any information, they updated that I have placed a return of the product. This return happened on my behalf from bigbasket without my knowledge.

After waiting for 6 hours when I contacted them, then I got to know about the scenario. Instead of handling the complaint, both the call center executive and the local delivery team outrightly rejected my plea and hung up the call without providing any resolution.

I specifically chose this particular date and time slot since I needed the product in this time frame only.

Because of this incident I will be unable to fulfil one requirement and will be facing problems of multitude scale.

The agony of waiting for hours just to know that i will not be getting the required product which is extremely necessary is the reason for this complaint.
