This order was scheduled to be delivered on 18th Aug between 7.30 to 10pm. But finally it was delivered on 7.40 am on 19th Aug. I wanted to inform you about the inconvenience caused to my family because of this.
1. First of all, there was no intimation that the delivery wont be happening on 18th. My family and I waited till late night waiting for the delivery and finally we slept late because of this.
2. Both my wife and I am working and we leave early in the morning for our work. The delivery on today morning was highly inconvenient for us and because of which I got late for my office. Also, I have a 2 year old kid whom I have to drop at play school in the morning. This too got delayed because of this unplanned delivery. Also note that the even a 10 min delay in leaving from my home, will have an exponential increase on my travel time because of the heavy traffic that we are facing. My son is not comfortable travelling for long hours in car. He vomited in the car because we got stuck in traffic. Before changing the delivery timings, it is pertinent that your Company needs to check with the customer on his /her inconvenience.
Please take this issue with the respective person in your company and let me know how this inconvenience can be indemnified. Was this information helpful? |
