I have ordered products worth Rs. 2565.48 on Jun 7, 2022 which even after stating one day delivery was given delivery slot after 3 days ie Jun 10, 2022. Still I paid total of Rs. 2378.87 after applying voucher and placed the order.
Now I waited for this order yesterday (Jun, 10) but it never arrived. And now you can not call customer care unless you have ISD pack on phone. And they never replied to my chat when I contacted them through the app.
Now today morning I am getting message from big basket that due to some "unexpected operational constraints" my order has been rescheduled for Jun 16, 2022. And they have credited 115 as bigbasket credit as per DELIVERY GUARANTEE.
But what they have done is after cancelling my order of worth 2305.54 they placed a new order of worth 2161.52 and claiming they have given me some credits when it's just my own money being credited. Also now automatically 2 products are not available for delivery still they are asking me to pay Rs. 45 extra which they could have easily debited from their so called credit given of 115. What nonsense is this.
Now when I want to cancel the order because of all this drama it's now even showing as an option.
I do not know what fraud is suddenly going on. Big basket has always delivered my orders on time but from last two orders the services has just went downhill.
I just want to cancel my order and want a refund.
Order number which was cancelled by big basket for their operational constraint is Order No: MJPVO[protected].
New order automatically placed by bigbasket minus 2 products from my original order is EJPRO[protected].
Also not to mention I have mailed them yesterday on their appsupport mail and also to [protected]@bigbasket.com but what do you expect. No reply. Was this information helpful? |
