[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — payment dispute of order number mhvo-[protected] | |
Ordered on 28Jan2019, paid by SBI card as well as paytm as the executive said that server is down and card payment is not reflecting. By that time SBI card already debited. Now SBI is saying we have paid and Bigbasket is saying that they have not received via card. Both the places, responsible people are lacking. Dispute form sent to SBI and they said that timeline is over despite of launching complaint within 10 days when got confirmation by bigbasket. Was this information helpful? | |
