Bigbasket — Stale products blocked refund

This is with regard to my order placed on 25th January 2025. I received three bad apples and one spoiled skim milk packet. I duly sent them an email along with the pictures supporting my claim on the 25th itself. On the 26th, I received a response saying that they have credited my Bigbasket wallet with the amount relating to the spoiled products. Last night when I checked, my account was blocked and the entire balance had been revoked. Upon questioning them, they mentioned something about Bigbasket policy without specifying the reason. Please help me get my refund back at the earliest.
