Bigbasket.com — forcefully refunded and then refund not made till date | |
Rs 1586 paid thru debit card for bb items on nov 25, 2017. Customer id mnofvo[protected]. Amount debited from my axis bank 25/11/2017. Due to wrong application of discount scheme by bb it cancels my transaction. Promises refund in 24 hours. Rs 1586 i paid is neither in my bb wallet nor in my bank account till date, 30 november2017. Not even a sms from bb on the refund and timeline till date. My mail to customer care have also not been addressed. Was this information helpful? | |

I have Add money ( 220 )on wallet by mistake . Now I 'm unable to reverse this particular amount I also tried your customer care number but that couldn't connect so please suggest how can i get them back . kindly do the needful as earliest.
