Bigbasket.com — worst experience and service. | |||||
I had ordered things from big basket and gave them a delivery slot of 9.30am-12pm. I called the customer service 4-5 times but no one was helping me and keeping my phone on hold. Later they said we cannot connect the call to delivery person so you have to wait. Such a bad service and worst experience. I was waiting for 3 hours for the things to be delivered. I am right now having horrible experience. I paid for order through airtel money and tbat did not reflect on bigbasket. Initially bigbaset claimed that they did not receive the payment. After few days they claimed that they received the payment. Still they did not refund the money even after multiple emails.
Its been 10 days. there is no way to escalate this except customer care email or tollfree.
They are becoming another fraud. Be careful while ordering with them

Also remaining 9 mangoes still not ripe.
Also out of two Kharbooj(Musk Melon) on was not good.
