I booked 2tickets for bahubali2 using bookmyshow.com for v3s mall laxmi nagar 7:05pm show for date 29 april 2017 using uco bank visa card. After selecting seats and entering my account details bookmyshow website displayed some message like processing and after sometime it displayed nothing. But an amount of rs 747 was debited from my account this transaction was done on 29 april 2017. I waited for around 20-25 minutes but i didnt recieve any sms or email from bookmyshow for confirmation of tickets but i did receive... My email and contact no... I have booked movie tickets(2) for 3 times with PVR Cinemas, Grand mall, velacherry, Chennai on !st march & 2nd march 2019 and all the 3 times payments were debited by the bank and error message was received (after the payment) for issue of tickets. Till now I have not received refunds. When I can get refund
