I booked 4 tickets for "Sardar gabbarsing" using BookMyShow.com for gopalan Cinemas - bangalore, old madras road, for 6:45PM show for date 8th April 2016 using Axis Bank Debit card After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, nothing. But an amount of Rs 1364.32 was debited from my account. This transaction was done on 7th April 2016. I waited for around 20-25 minutes, but i didn't receive any sms or e-mail from book my show for confirmation of tickets but i did receive sms from Axis Bank for deduction of money. reference id is :[protected]. later around at 8pm on 7th april 2016 i have booked the same seats again. this time it was success. so how should i get the failure transaction amount back. let us know the status. But an amount of Rs 973.08+973.08 = 1946.16 was debited from my account. I request you to kindly refund both amount. i want to send the Email but I can't get your email ID also.please confirm the same by my email ID firosh.[protected]@gmail.com. Waiting - Firosh
