I had reachrged my jio no. Through myjio app using paytm option. I m prime member so i recharged for 303/- but yet now didn't recived that amount on my jio no. 303 /- has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no. Didn't got any rechargei contacted paytm customer care but they said payment done to billdeskutil so pleasesolve this problem and refunded my amount in paytm wallet

I just want my money back to my paytm wallete

I have made payment for BSNL mobile recharge for ₹139.00 on 2.4.17 vide transaction ref no IU[protected] through Billdesk from SBI Debit Card. But the same is not paid to BSNL for which mobile recharge is not done.Mailed to [protected]@billdesk.com but no reply made.
