[Resolved]  Billdesk — advice from bank says that amount debited but billdesk gateway gave an error

Yesterday while paying for my lic premium via bill desk, the bill desk web gave me an errror saying transaction unsuccesful. But from my bank i got intimation that amount was debited.

Please see the mail from my bank regarding the same.

Dear customer,
Thank you for banking with icici bank.
You have made an online payment of inr 28091.0 with transaction id [protected] towards payee bill desk bpc from your account — on jan, 01, 2018 at 11:56 hours.

GOt mail from bill desk folks saying merchant has received the amount. It was indeed correct.
BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

My inr withdrawal status is showing pending message since sunday...its been 48 hours please help

while paying for my MTNL mumbai bill (phone no.[protected] via bill desk, the bill desk web gave me an message saying your transactis being processed. and from my bank i got intimation that amount was debited.
i always pay n get the confirmation message by billdesk too, but this time still not got the confirmation message from billdesk
pls look into the matter
