Billdesk — electricity bill payment mahavitaran money deducted | |||
I tried to pay my electricity bill through upi and on vpa entering page instead of entering vpa i chose scan to pay. after payment i waited on the page for some time (approx 5-7 mins)and there was no change in the page. I then thought to enter my vpa and maybe it will detect it but even after that ther was no change. After some time i closed the page. The UPI reference number is '[protected]'. The electric company is mahavitaran and my bank is icici. My statement screenshot and the message i recieved have been attached. Please Help Was this information helpful? | |||

Made payment to Domino's via paytm no. [protected] . Amount is debited from paytm wallet but did not get the services. BilldeskFood1 Order Id as shown in paytm account is PPT[protected]. Could you please check why the payment was a success still it did not reach the vendor Domino's.

I paid rbl bank card payment through bill desk, the amount was debited from bank account but it is not reflected to RBL bank card .
Received msg as debited from my bank account, but not credited to concern credit card account, pls find bellow reference details
