Billdesk — car insurance payment failed but not refunded to my account

Hello team,

This transaction is showing failed at the merchant end and they have confirmed that they have not received payment for this and the amount has already been debited from my hdfc bank account on 4th february.

Please can you let me know when will i receive refund for this transaction?

This was done from my account which failed initially and then was successful on 6th as told by google pay customer people (Google pay upi retired it and it was successful). We want a reversal of this transaction as it is in failure and the policy was not issued for this transaction.
