BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 21, 2017 Arhp's response Dear sir/madam, I recharged my bsnl mobile with a top-up of Rs 60 and an STV of Rs 42 using a debit card on[protected] . In both the cases, the amount was deducted from the account but none of the recharges was successful. The page in both the cases refreshed on it own, opening something related to airtel (my service provider). When i clicked on the back button, it displayed "error, transaction not successful/completed". Help and refund would be appreciated. Regards.
