Billdesk — electricity bill payment issue

Pay electricity bill on 30 december 2017.. Payment was deducted from my axis bank account... When we see in mail box only bank deduction message is there but no mail from billdesk is shown also amount not shown in pspcl account. Hope amount is credited in pspcl account or refund in my account. Please check and confirm. Amount of 1910rs was deducted

Today i paid 593 rs for bsnl land line bill by using canara bank debit card. Money is deducted but the bill not paid.kindly resolve the problem or refund my money back to the bank .hoping the best from your side.kindly do the needful...thanking you...
