Billdesk — money debited from bank account | |||
I try to book round trips tickets from kolkata to guwahati (15/12/2017) and guwahati to kolkata (17/12/2017) in between 12:30pm to 1:30pm 02/09/2017 on airindia official website but unfortunately at payment sections (Billdesk) due to some error it can't be process any further and from my account 20.040rs deducted for 2 times.. Total 40, 080 rs deducted from my account. Sbi card no is [protected] name - gobardhan chand. I spoke to the airindia excutive, they said that they didn't receive any kind of money from bank and told us that money should be on gateway process and told us to mail or call billdesk for further query. I booked online Jio phone on 25th August 2017. 500 rupees deducted from bank but I got no confirmation message of the booking. Let me know what to do
