Billdesk — money is debited from account through net banking but not credited to receiver account | |||
One day ago, i was trying to make a payment of 22820 rs. With punjab national bank netbanking to rbl credit card bill payment through billdesk. But its stuck in "do not refresh or press back button" for 4-5 min. And then it automatically says error. Now i am in trouble and worrying also about my payment. Please help me. I am pay loan amount kreditbee loan apps I am payment upi tranaction rs 8138 my upi [protected]@upi my Canarabank APPROVED the transaction Id[protected] date 6 November 2018 time 01:57:50 Am kreditbee not loan. payment not receive.

While making payment to LIC the transaction has failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. How long it will take to refund/credit the amount to my bank account.
