One day ago, i was trying to make a payment of 22820 rs. With punjab national bank netbanking to rbl credit card bill payment through billdesk. But its stuck in "do not refresh or press back button" for 4-5 min. And then it automatically says error. Now i am in trouble and worrying also about my payment. Please help me. While making payment to LIC the transaction has failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. How long it will take to refund/credit the amount to my bank account.
