Billdesk — payment failure but amount deducted from account need refund

Hi,
I am rahul battala, i made a payment on 04 may 2020. Of rs.3814/- (Upi id[protected] through g-pay (Google pay) upi, the amount was deducted from my account but didn't receive to sbi card nor refunded to my account. I have already spoken to g-pay and indusind bank customer survives they clearly showed me that payment was held for your side.
*the complete transaction showing in my bank account is (Upi/[protected]/dr/bill/hdfc/[protected]@hdfcbank/sbic).
I have even maild to [protected]@billdesk.com but didn't get any response.
So kindly look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible.
