I applied for aptet. After entering otp and clicking on submit button i got message as your payment is being processed. But it is failed and my amount is debited. Thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx9931 for a purchase worth rs500.0 on pos apcfss at apcfss txn#[protected]. This is my transaction id. Will you refund it or not? Two days ago i tryy to recharge on my jio number but due to some uncertain reason i wanted to cancel in and i request to phonepe application for the cancellation but my bank account debeted by 399inr and I don't get my recharge successful please send me refund of 399₹ from indiaideas

In 15-1-18 i have topup about 75 rupees for aicel no [protected] but my money deduct from my card but amount not top up that number, i call aircel customer care they simply told me we dont receive any payments from billdesk, plese resolve the problem then top up my amount
