Dear sir/madam,

I am abhishek mishra and my issue is transaction was failed while booking reliance jio phone but payment was debited from bank account through netbanking, and transaction id was given on screen,
Transaction id: fv0000017b1c, sbi reference no: igabwwfuv9
But message was not came to mobile from reliance jio
So kindly look over the issue.

My transaction was failed with ID FV0000013M8E and deducted my account balance. I will not get any confirmation message or call from jio.
Please take an immediate action to solve this issue
Sir, i booked Jio mobile on 24 Aug at 19:35 hrs and Rs 500/- paid vide credit card. However the amount was debited from my credit card but not got any Transaction ID or Voucher in regards of this. I booked by my mobile number [protected]. Please do needful action of above transaction or advice me for further action.

The same problem with me also, booked twice one payment made thru credit card and another thru debit card, both amounts deducted and ended up with transaction failure. How to get the refund, kindly advise.
